22 Needed a device for my nieces schooling needs, me knowing nothing about computers or anything similar I decided to go to Harvey's and pop my head in as they have a good reputation.
I was instantly greeted by a friendly staff member who put me onto a "Techy" asked me all the right questions, What I was looking for in a device, what it needed to do, how long it needed to last for, etc. I was given 3 choices for laptops, and suggested a HP product, it was lightweight, fast and very affordable.
I can't recommend Harvey Norman Kotara enough. The staff member who served me "Mark" was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Technology and guided me to making the right purchase. 10/10 would shop there again.

Doesn't even deserve a one star.current experience is unsatisfactory. Poor packaging, poor customer service. Possibly the worst Customer service ever received. Had to keep calling to chase it up (spoke to numerous staff). Seems nobody is in a position to make a decision.ended up talking to the supposedly franchisee and still yet to have a resolution. Ordered online for good reason, now needing to go in-store to resolve the issue. Pathetic, ridiculous, unsatisfactory packaging for Asus Laptop (appears to be used) hairs found inside the box and in the laptop.untrustworthy item, refund required. If it's a Harvey Norman store you seek, I would recommend Bennett's Green over the Kotara store.
