75I think.there are some very good sales staff (and a couple that look like they just got out of bed) that are let down by the proprietor. Thank you Aaron Larsson for refusing to update my replacement phone. (It's a long story that necessitated the distributor for Nokia getting involved). I went to. Telstra who updated it in half the time that HN took previously and at no cost. I'll be shopping at Bing Lee and GB Hi Fi in future.

I am extremely upset with the service and the poor quality of Harvey Norman's products in Bondi Junction. I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max a month ago, where they told me it would take 2 weeks to arrive. After those 2 weeks had passed, I went back, and they told me it would take another 2 weeks. Today marks one month since I made the purchase, and they informed me that it still hasn't arrived, and they don't have a delivery date. This is completely different from what they initially told me when I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max. They said they had a different color available from the one I chose, but only one remained. I decided to take it to avoid waiting indefinitely for a product with an uncertain arrival date. Today, when I opened the new product, I found that the screen is slightly scratched, and it appears that the device was stored in a box that had apparently been used. I can't believe that a reputable company like Harvey Norman sells new Apple products without meeting the minimum quality standards, such as having an undamaged screen.
Returning a product under warranty can often be a hassle. But Zak at Harvey Norman Bondi Junction made the process simple and stress-free. Professional, efficient, and genuinely interested in helping—Zak went above and beyond. Highly recommend seeking him out for any customer service needs. A real asset to the store.
Bought the Rangehood at Harvey norman Bondi Junction, didn’t fit properly and they refused to take it back! Manager Dion said the box been opened so you can try to sell online as second hand! Just rood and couldn’t give a damp.
If you can buy somewhere else.

Yesterday I ordered and paid for a poster to take 2 hours to print
I came to collect today and woman said it will take 20 mins as they did not do it yesterday! “Too busy” she said
She said my option was to wait or get my money back.

I have been coming here for years and Agy in the photography lab is fantastic. She provides great customer service, is attentive and extremely patient with all the customers. She’s an asset to the business. I told the manager on duty and he was also extremely lovely and keen to let Agy know of the great impression she’s making on their customers. I have always received great service from Harvey Norman Bondi Junction. Credit where its due because customer service, especially these days, really set businesses apart.
Worst customer service ever experienced. Misplaces a 9 months old store issed gift voucher from Bondi Juction store. Would like to Ask for a replacement if possible Operator over the phone no even try to check in their system and tell me it had been expired and unable re-issue again. When you purchasing in store is friendly, after purchase you will become a evil. Will not purchase anything in Harvey Norman again. Very disappointed.
Thank you for the in-depth service I received last week, whilst busy Paul and another Chap couldn't have done more to see we got the right laptop and they simply made it easy. When we had a small query afterwards, the lovely Irish Technician helped us without question.

Came to Harvey Norman after my Samsung washer/dryer broke after only 4 months. Samsung has since discontinued this product as I'm sure it was faulty to begin with (not Harvey normans doing). The manager and salesman helped me and my partner choose a new washer and organised the store credit from Samsung. There were some bumps along the way but the manager still helped with the exchange and organised delivery for the next day. After 1 month without a washer we were really happy that Harvey Norman were able to help out and get the product delivered ASAP. Thanks guys:)
Unfortunately two Acer Aspire 5 laptops were faulty with the same charging fault, although I was refunded the whole exercise of a new laptop took over 5 hours of my time and they were not willing to exchange for another laptop with the same specs. When asked for a refund I was granted it, but was told it might be refused at check out. They were also not willing to allow my husband to exchange it on my behalf although I presented in person to allow the authorisation because I had a limited lunch break.

Came in to look at washer dryer combos & potentially fridges with my partner. This was our first time buying these appliances new, we found Ken in the sales department very knowledgeable of the appliances and matched us with the right ones for us. Ken was also able to provide us with a great deal for purchasing both a fridge and washer dryer. Would definitely recommend Ken at Harvey Norman Bondi Junction.
