Harvey Norman - Clearance Centre Broadmeadow

Seriously unhelpful sales person, the guy seemed so bothered by my questions and could not tell me if an item on sale was used or a factory second.saying there isn't a difference? Not going back.

When I am looking for something big i go here I just brought a new sofa bed much cheaper than any where else

Very bad experience from this store about my tv just bought 6 months ago and total blackout been there many time to replace it no response very disappointed when you have 7 years warranty on it

Andrew Ramage the electrical department manager promised that he would send someone to my house to connect the washing machine that I purchased from the Harvey Norman homestarter store as the delivery men failed to do so. Weeks later I am still waiting. He also promised they would pick up all the plastic wrapping.
The delivery men did manage to scratch my new fridge and my flooring. I have not heard a response about my complaint regarding this.

Didn't have what was advertised on there website.i drove 1hour each way with cash to purchase oven they don't have,
lucky eBay is a site that advertise what they actually have in stock,
next time, ill save my fuel n purchase online,
staff were very average, didn't wanted to work! With the government stimulus package on offer.great looking store but shame didnt have what was on there website

good guys at kotara had what i wanted $279 cheaper then harvey norman kotara & broadmeadow stores

Some great prices if you can take the time to compare. Be willing to ask if you can do a deal if you are buying 3 or more items.

Not just a clearance store! They can order undamaged item's also! Brilliant customer service! If they haven't got what you want, they'll find it for you!

Poor service and poor experience. Couldn’t even get served by the ten guys laughing and joking on their phones

If u find what your looking for you may scoop a bargin. Staff are helpful. But it's really hit or miss especially if your looking for something in particular

Replaced a fridge under warranty and then another with same problem. Got to hard for them and they simply stopped returning calls.had to go to fair trading to fix problem

There is an opportunity to find some well priced stock here and there is room to negotiate, even more so if a factory second or there is slight damage.

Had a problem with Beling free standing oven. The company who looks after Beling in Australia was terrible to deal with. Harvey Norman refunded my stove in full. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou.

Found what we were looking for, staff were friendly and not pushy, very helpful, even helping us load our new purchase into our car.

Okay for a look but items are definately dated/older stock, friendly staff, good if your after something basic
