62Made the short trip down from Sydney last week to take a look at a Ranger that I found for sale online. I must thank the team there at Harrigan Ford, as the vehicle was in the condition they said it was over the phone. This was my dream ute and I'm now a very happy owner. The service was 5 star from start to finish and I can''t recommend the used car guys at Harrigan Ford in Yallah highly enough.
We’ve purchased 3 cars from Harrigan ford with our latest being our Ford Ranger XLT. Peter the finance manager and Michael in Sales were so informative, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!
Took a car for a test drive then got back to the yard to the manager was rude to say the least. Not very professional at all, would not recommend on going there.
Was a wet Sunday afternoon and we did arrive just after 3. We opened car doors, jumped in some and I even accidentally hit the horn. After approx 10 minutes no one had approached us so we left
Hopeless service department, taken vehicle in 4 times to be fixed, problem returns a day or two after getting it back, they also finish working on the vehicle at 12pm but don't bother calling to let you know its ready until 3pm. Will never go back to Harrigan again.
Have spoken to the Service Manager, The Assistant Service Manager and The Principal Dealer, all of whom make excuses and have no customer service skills whatsoever, you have lost my business, Thankfully Gateway Ford at Wollongong has employees that care about customer satisfaction.
Had a fantastic experience Michael the New Car Salesperson was fantastic and Stuart the Manager of Ford was very professional I would recommend this Dealership for anyone looking to purchase a New Ford
This dealership is a total joke. The service manager has cost this place future business and needs to be sent to learn how to deal with customers. Dealer principal doesn’t return calls, take your business elsewhere if you care about after sale support. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs
Far from your typical 'used car salesman'. I had the most pleasant experience and bough a quality used car with no fuss or stress. The staff were extremely helpful, negotiated without pressure, had a great car to buy and traded my old car for a great price. I came away very impressed and would highly recommend them. The easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I've ever had. Thank you.
Very happy customers from the Central Coast I work in home care and I'm a very busy lady and was really happy with these guys - they are dropping the car to my house at no extra charge. My family are so so happy & they helped us so much my boss is going to buy from them also.
Absolutely disgusted! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the car salesman was rude & arrogant!
I was never given the opportunity to further discuss ‘their best offer ‘ Which was sent by text then expected me to respond with yes or no without any further queries, & then rudely cut me off without hearing my final answer which was very close!
Well you just lost a potential sale!

I’ve heard a lot of bad things about dealerships, but I can’t rate Harrigan’s any higher when it comes to the service I’ve received from their dealers. Sure I probably got charged a bit more for the car than I would if I bought it on gumtree but I’m glad I did. When I needed repairs under warranty they gave me a car and always kept me updated when ordering parts. This happened twice and each time they gave me a rental. Then after my warranty ran out they still payed for a repair when my insurance warranty refused. Absolutely stellar commitment to providing excellent customer service. This is my first buy, and I will definitely come back and pay that slight premium, because I know they will treat me well.
Purchased our 4wd dual cab ute here. Great service, even delivered it to a local dealer for us to save the trip back down the mountain pass.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From start to finish the service was just unacceptable. Would never buy another new car from this mob EVER

Car had issues under warranty that were supposed to be fixed surprise never fixed outside warranty period no evidence in there record. Make sure you get things done by email if you are to use this business
We were pleased with our 40 000 service. Staff were polite & helpful. Only negatives is there no courtesy bus or vehicle & nowhere to go to plus our Perth Service did give it a quick wash. Staff were really good though.
My service cost me $570.00 and you can't even provide a car wash. As far as I know all the other motor retailers do. Terribly disappointing. I got my 10,000km service carried out in Geographe Ford in Busselton WA last year and had a great car detail.
We we're excited to buy a car from here until we realized how little customer service meant.
1. Couldn't even get our names right when organising the car pick up
2. Couldn't even have the car ready as asked (missing tow bars etc)
3. PICKED UP A CAR FROM A DEALER WITH BROKEN HEADHIGHTS.if your going to sell a car for $35000 I'd expect when I pick it up that at least the head lights will work!
