Purchased a Isuzu D Max cannot fault the service of the team. Also the follow-up after the purchase was excellent. More than impressed with the car and the handover. I have had dealings with the service team as well and they are just as good.

We picked up our new Isuzu MUX form Harrigan Ford last week. They were a pleasure to deal with. Charlotte from pre delivery was great and made sure our vehicle was ready and available for pick up when requested.
On the day of pick-up Shaun was excellent. He walked us through all the different aspects of our new vehicle and introduced us to the Service Department and ensured our first service was booked in.
Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Harrigan Ford.

Having bought countless cars I've had some exceptional sales experiences and some not so great but for a reputable multi franchise dealer the expectation is high to begin with and the dissapointment even greater when you have a really poor experience and my experience with this dealer has been one of my worst!
No worse sales technique than when a dealer crticises another brand and a customers choice in retaliation for losing a sale they could have had if they'd wanted to genuinely do a deal and that's exactly what these guys did! Really poor form

10/10 experience!
I highly recommend the team at Harrigan Ford, especially Adam! They offer a wide range of vehicles for anyone looking for a little hatch or a bigger SUV. Adam helped me pick out a Mazda CX-5 in perfect condition that ticked all of the boxes. Low KMs, with log books and a great price. I had heard many great things about this place, and so glad I purchased my car here. I’ll definitely be back again in the next 5 years for a newer upgrade. Best experience and a very professional and genuine dealership. Don’t bother going anywhere else- go straight to Harrigan Ford Yallah.

We purchased a brand new next gen Wildtrak from Michael Bianchi. Michael took us Step by step through the process of ordering to the car actually arriving. He kept us informed with phone calls as to the status of our order. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the after sales service is brilliant.
So happy with our new car and the whole process
Thanks Michael.

Taking my Wildtrak was a disaster. They left my roller cover open during the pouring rain. Saturating everyrhing in the back, including wrecking my 240 volt air pump and my Electronic golf scope wrecked.

Had an 80,000 km service done last November at a cost of $1500. The vehicle had a leak in the differential. Returned it for checking was told the leak was in the diesel injector pump. Was invited into the wokshop by the assistant customer service manager. The car was on a 4 post hoist & as I walked past I could see a small puddle of oil directly under the diff. I bebeckoned to the service manager to look at it. He looked down, reached up & undid the filler plug with his fingers.
At that point I lost it & received no apology from this assistant service manager. Out of the corner of my eye I could see a young mechanic heading towards the vehicle with a ring spanner in his hand. The head service mechanic heard the commotion & politely escorted me from the workshop.
That evening I found a business card from the service manager at our front door.
The diff oil droppings sat on our driveway for months.
Last week lifted the bonnet to check the windscreen washer bottle & found the plastic engine cover missing.
Went back to HarriganFord to retrieve it.
Convesation overheard by my wife at the time by the same assistant service manager was. "is that whinger back again".
I will never darken Harriga Ford's doorstep again& rest assured I will relate this saga to any one who wants to listen.

The dealer principal has reviewed the above post & has taken steps to see it never happens again.
I commend him for that.

Purchased a Next Gen Everest from Shaun and couldnt be happier with the entire process, we had a deadline to meet and he somehow made it happen and it all worked out in the end perfectly.

Started of with looking at the previous model but Shaun explained the benefits of waiting and going with the new V6 option for out towing needs, cant express how happy I am with it so glad we still have knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman at our local dealerships.

We will be returning next year to purchase another new vehicle from Shaun for our growing family.

Thanks again Shaun your an absolute legend.

Staff don't mind stereotyping you, customer service was hopeless, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Just had first 12 month service on Mustang and surprised that the car had not even been washed or wiped down as part of the service, other dealers do this though. Also, dusty boot marks left on lower driver's door trim which was also scratched by this same person, and here's me being very careful when I entered and left exited the car with my big feet. Not happy at all.

The worst customer service I've experienced, service department is appalling at best, they had my ranger with new car warranty issue for nearly 6 weeks, not one phone call, expect rude, insulting and intimidating behaviour, even if you bought the car from them.

Took my Everest to Harrigans for adblue diagnosis & an exhaust leak. Quoted me over $3000 for adblue repairs even though it’s well documented in various Everest groups that the repairs usually cost between $1500-$2000. I mentioned this & was ignored.
Charged me several hundred more than the quoted price for the exhaust leak repair because they had trouble with seized bolts. After all that they still failed to fix the exhaust leak & to top it off about a week after they worked on my vehicle a sensor fell out of the dpf.
I rebooked to get the vehicle looked at again but decided to take it to a real mechanic & got it fixed straight away for a quarter of the price. It was revealed that the exhaust leak was from a faulty egr cooler. A very common fault with the 3.2L Everests & Rangers. There’s no excuse for a Ford dealership to misdiagnose this problem.
They didn’t even bother to chase me up to find out why I didn’t show up.
Terrible service & have lost at least one sale of a new vehicle next year.
