Called on Friday morning to ask if they had a part for my band saw. Person I spoke to said yes it is in stock, in Sydney. Drive an hour to get there, to be told that the part I am after, which i called up to see if you carry it which they said yes too, SUDDENLY BECOMES OUT OF STOCK when i get to the store.
This is the worst store when it come to customer service. I even had one of your staff members cut me off while I was explaining the situation, saying he don't care what is going on in your life, he is here to sell things not listen to your personal issues. Management don't care either

We are a company in Western Sydney we needed to purchase a pressbreak to carry out a few contracts we contacted Matters Financial Solutions who are the financial company that hare and forbes recommend we are so over the moon 4 days after contacting Matters Perry had not only secured our loan but had it payed he could only have done this with the excellent service from hare and forbes now we have a complete workshop of metal master.

Fabulous, bought back many memories of my Apprenticeship days seeing many of the types of of machines I operated as an Apprentice Toolmaker back in the 70's.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased online, got charged 2 times and the lady from the online sales team was rude and mean. I cancelled the purchase in the end.

Quick delivery of in store products, Shame the long wait for machinery to be instock but it will hopfully be worth the wait when it arrives, also must add thank you for staying open in the difficult times we are in

needed some help looked up, Kenneth walked over he spent time with me explaining what the advantages of each machine was, found out what I needed for my custom motorcycle workshop, he mentioned he would contact me later on with custom quote.

They still carry a large range of machinery and parts, but I must be getting old because everything appears to be much more expensive than I expect them to be.

My wood lathe stopped working and Lachlan arranged for it to be repaired as soon as I arrived with it from country NSW. Took 1.5 hours and we were on our way home. Thanks Lachlan and all the staff at the warehouse and workshop, couldn't has asked for more.

A big thankyou to Kenneth at Northmead, he was very helpful and knowledgeable with my order today. Also I would like to thank the storeman in the warehouse for picking my order quickly and being helpful.

This is a great place to pick up resto gear and workshop equipment the staff are switch on and theres heaps on display highly recommended.

Shocking experience at Hare & Forbes today. We have never experienced worst customer service anywhere. Please be aware of the their false advertised products and lies about additional costs! Item is clearly advertised for 20k on their website, but when you come to purchase - miraculously it is 27k! We will never set a foot or buy a screwdriver from this vile shop! And by the way, H&F you have been reported to the Department of Fair trading for false advertising. So long and learn how to be an Australian company, with Australian values!

This is my 2nd time as a customer.and I will be a permanent customer.their level of expertise, their massive range, low prices and service and parts back up are 2nd to none. Machineryhouse have been around "forever" and for good reason. They have everything for trade and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Over the past 4 years, spent around 20k there.
Poor quality machinery mostly, as soon warranty is over they fail. Returned a hydraulic ram cause leaking oil, I was sold another one for a bit better price. Guess what that one leaked oil too, returned it again then they gave me another one within open box.
That one leaking too, total waste of time not going there anything soon.

Good people, good products, prices reasonable, not cheapest on products you can find around elsewhere (much of which you cant find elsewhere too) but service you get and product you get is worth the money IMO. Keep dong what you do guys, I'll support you.
