Harcourts Kellyville

Seems the only good reviews are likely from those purchasing / selling property, huge red flag for any rental tenants thinking about leasing one of the properties managed by Harcourts Kellyville.

As a renter, dealing with Harcourts is absolutely disastrous. I would recommend living in a box in a dirty gutter rather than dealing with this real estate agency.

Communication is abhorrent. Myself and my housemates have tried contacting this business multiple times over the last few weeks. No replies to emails unless threatened with going to NSW Fair Work. And even when I did get a response, it only answered one of the several questions I'd asked (very poorly at that).

Phone calls get you nowhere. We've called several times over the last few days trying to get some clear answers, but am constantly being told "someone will call you back". Eventually got a phone call back after multiple attempts. In this call more questions went unanswered and this agent was quite rude when asked simple questions.

Additionally, this company tried to illegally increase our rent 10 months into the 12 month lease rather than at the end of the 12 months.

Now on a public forum they show a prompt response seeing how they can be of help. I would have loved your assistance after the numerous calls and emails regarding the rental that we pay you for.

The team at Hatcourts Kellyville is extremely helpful and always go out of the way to make our experience better. Highly recommended.
