Fellow Tenants beware,
This has been the worst realestate our family has dealt with a rental. They have no awareness on following policies and guidelines for fair trading for renters. The key issues our family has experienced:
- Our bond money not being transferred to the rental boards. Our bond sat in the owners account, this is illegal. Our bond was not released in 14 days, as per the rental boards NSW.
- Constantly telling us to fix things, when the property did not have a report at start of tenancy.
- No rental ledger provided after tenancy.
- Bringing the owner to inspect the property, with on the day notice. This is also illegal!
- Telling our family to come to the open house after we have moved out.
- No reimbursement for being without hot water for days.
- An agent that lies and has poor communication skills.
- The agent telling us she is stressed! Hang on, maybe learn how to do your job properly.
This realestate has caused us nothing but mental stress, illness and doctors appointments. You have no compassion for tenants! Rajwant, as a realestate agent you should really reconsider how you treat tenants and go back to studying policies and guidelines. Absolutely unprofessional.

Completely unprofessional with tenants, will always take the landlords side. No regard for tenants rights period.

Worst real estate agent. Lie to get you in rental properties, only care about the money. They ignore message never fix problems.

One of the worst RE agents I have ever had to deal with.
Totally unresponsive and unprofessional. Unfortunately they look after one of our properties which is under an NRAS agreement. Otherwise I would have change them ages ago. As soon as the NRAS finishes the end of 2022. I will change them.
One employee there (Property Officer) is very helpful - but the management leaves a lot to be desired.
