I have only positive things to say about this agency. I want to especially praise both Ray and Jessica. They are two lovely people who are highly professional and yet friendly and caring. This is a rare combination to find anywhere and Ray and Jessica are an absolute asset to your business. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I knew was looking to rent or buy property.

Having just left my rental property after 4 years as a tenant, I felt I couldn't leave without posting a review. My Property Manager, Dylan, was always a pleasure to deal with:) Whenever I had an issue - be it big or small - he was straight onto it! Never did I have to phone him to follow up - he always beat me to it. Very prompt in rectifying any issues, providing a superior property management service.

I have several properties with Harcourts for over 15 years and i have always found Sharon Marsh and Garth Stevens with the highest integrity and they have always given me great tenants. We've been renting for a few years now from different agencies and recently rented our first property through Harcourts. We have been very pleased so far with all the communication through the entire application and start of tenancy processes. Our property manager Garth has been quite respectful and cooperative with any requests put forward. Any urgent repairs within the first week of moving were dealt promptly. Hopefully the experience remains to be a happy one.

My experience with Harcourts has been very positive. Garth has always been polite, approachable and very professional and helped me throughout the process. Thank you Harcourts and thank you Garth.

I have bought and sold with Harcourts Randwick (mainly dealing with Pete Shaw), as well as had them manage three investment properties (mainly dealing with Debbie Madgwick). I have been working with them for almost two years now. I have dealt with quite a few appalling agencies in the past 10 years, but I think I have found home with them. They are responsive, reliable, professional, and resourceful. They take a pragmatic and down to Earth approach rather than telling you want they think you want to hear. I've had issues with properties and tenants but I knew I could let them handle them properly till the end. You'd expect that of any agency, but unfortunately this is not the case. I have recommended them to friends who are all happy, too.
