I'm renting 2 years here, but I wouldn't recommend this agency. I had water in my toilet from upstairs since 4 weeks ago. I am complaining every day, and this agency and strata don't do nothing.they still waiting till approval to do all the job. But every single moment I'm sitting in the toilet I got water over me, over my head, my shoulders.
I am asking to do something temporary, and I don't have answers about it.
Definitely Im going to put a tenancy report.

My partner and I worked specifically with Ray Murray and he was just phenomenal. At a time when the market was so competitive Ray went above and beyond to help us secure our perfect place.

He is truly so caring and has a genuine passion to help and support you which I feel you don't get from many leasing agents. To many you are just a number, but that is not the case with Ray. He is incredible at his job and I know for sure we will be using him in the future. Can't recommend him enough.

After struggling to find a apartment in Randwick, Ray made the process so quick and easy! He kept us updated the whole way and even helped with the application and ensuring we put our best foot forward!

Sharon is an excellent property manager. She is always responsive and always made me feel comfortable looking after our property given we live overseas.

As a renter, I have never received that level of personal communication and follow up from any other real estate agent when attending rental viewings. Rays genuine interest and detailed communication style was certainly noted and very much appreciated, especially when trying to find the ‘perfect’ rental.

These guys are the best in business. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided to us as renters. Any issues, were sorted out promptly by Sharon. She's brilliant and an absolute credit to the Harcourts business. If I was renting out or selling my own property, I'd have no hesitation using Harcourts. Best in the business.

Harcourts are one of the worst, most inept real estate agents I have ever dealt with across the board.

Tried to call Alan and Peter for a property and they are the most rudest people you will ever come across.

Not only did they not take my details but peter had talked so rudley and kept asking me what i wanted and when i had told him i was interested in a property he was advertising he just told me he was busy and that he would call me back.

If you are thinking of getting his business to sell your house DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

Worst agents out there.

I highly recommend this agent. When I and my husband rented current unit through this agent, Ray Murray and Jessica Robinson looked after us very well. They are very friendly and highly professional agents. Especially when we have issue in our unit they organise and fix things very quickly.

As tenants, having Jessica and Elle on task for us has been a positive experience. It is really obvious that they work well as a team to make sure their tenants are looked after. Thanks ladies.
