We have had our investment property for 6 years and the past 3 years it has been managed by Harcourts Campbelltown and we could not be happier. We find them very Professional, Responsive, Courteous and nothing is ever a problem. They always go above and beyond and extremely helpful. So you clean up for inspection you do everything you can and they complain that you haven't done anything obviously you have cause you knew you they were coming over

No different to any other property managers. Useless unhelpful and dishonest. I would avoid any property they are leasing especially Broughton Street in campbelltown broken dishwasher and no internet and nothing done for 6months

I just applied for a property and within a minute, it got rejected. As I had no idea what to do from here, I called reception for help and honestly, I'm a receptionist myself and the service I got from these guys were absolutely terrible! I have no idea who I spoke to but the receptionist pretty much said "I have no idea why it was rejected, they don't tell us and you just have to just keep applying". I wouldn't say her tone of voice was nice nor kind either. I understand sometimes we do have our rough days, but this has absolutely ruined my day and I still do not know what to do from here!

I am a renter and I could not be happier with my agent Kathryn she has been very helpful and great to communicate with. Could not recommend them highly enough for anyone looking at renting through.

I wouldn't want anyone else managing my property, she is thorough with inspections and maintains communication with tenants and myself.

I had a number of properties that were managed by a local agent who was comprehensively negligent in maintaining my properties. In some cases they cost me a lot of capital outlay in property remediation works as a result of placing sub standard tenant's within them.
