Had the privilege of dealing with the staff of Harcourts Campbelltown. Very professional group of people. Would not hesitate to recommend Harcourts to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the future.

I’ve often read stories of people selling their parents home after a death or transition to aged care and a common theme is how stressful and difficult the process was. Garth and Michelle made the process so incredibly easy for us. We are not from the area and I thought that would make things harder, but Garth and Michelle went out of their way to help us through each step of the selling process. They found a number of buyers in the price range discussed at our initial meeting. Answers to emails and text messages were extremely prompt, often within half an hour. It is obvious how much they care about their clients, they’re not out to make a quick commission, but genuinely want to provide a positive experience to everyone involved. I would highly recommend Garth and Michelle to anyone looking to sell a home.

Disappointed to say the least, for the treatment we’ve received by Harcourts Campbelltown. As a 22 and 23 year old sister duo buying our first property together, this ought to be one of the most exciting times for us however, we were met with sheer disrespect. Having come from a family who have bought, invested and sold numerous properties, we were in search of our first property with lots of knowledgeable people around us. We attended 2 open homes with the Harcourts team, for the property we would end up buying. The agent selling the property was not present at either inspection however, his team were. Upon purchase and settlement of the property, we queried when the sold sign would be placed over the top of the for sale signage. We were told Wednesday then promised Friday to which we both took the day off of work for this exciting time. Come Friday, we were told this wouldn’t be the case and could meet the agent at the property at 8pm on Saturday night, or 5am on Sunday morning. We were presented with the excuse that the property was 50 minutes away from their office. This left us questioning why the property was taken on by Harcourts, if they were unable to manage it appropriately. As these times did not work for us, we asked if we would be able to visit the office and collect the signage and just do it ourselves. Once reaching the office, we heard the agent speaking about us and our family quite loudly out the back however, he told the receptionist to pass on the message that he was too busy to come to the reception area to speak to us.

As disappointed as we were, we just wanted to cut ties and move on however given the level of disrespect, our mum approached the real estate to query their practice. Following this conversation, our mum was met with calls from the agent’s leader, as well as the director offering gifts and their apologies. To date, my sister and I (the property buyers) have not received any phone call offering any apologies for the disrespect shown. Given (what should have been) this exciting time in our lives that we have been savings years for, our excitement was diminished by the treatment received, which is disappointing. It will be interesting to see how the team go when the Sydney housing market slows, and properties stop selling themselves.

I take this opportunity to express my much appreciation to Tom in helping us purchase an investment property. Tom gave me timely advice about the process, and even worked late night in organizing building and pest inspection. A true professional in thus field. Thank you so much Tom.

Do not sign an agreement with these guys. They are working really hard for the owners. Staffs are rude, arrogant and aggressive. I can take a screenshot of their emails and stick it to here!
I asked them let us move out first and they can arrange the inspections later (COVID-19 situation) they were running all inspections with group of 10 people while we were still living there, as I noted they are working really hard for the owners and trying to make money from your bond! Well done team! I can see all of your clients having similar reviews! Your business would not survive any longer!

From the moment Anthony entered our home we felt at ease and comfortable that we had listed our home with Hardcourts was the right decision
The process was explained fully with documentation provided of proof of the information that we were being provided with. Anthony and his team were always respectful and provided a professional and caring service at all times. We were updated on the progress on a daily basis any phone calls and text messages were answered on a timely basis. We highly recommend Hardcourts as they are highly efficient, experienced and professional.

We bought a house in rosemeadow through garth and laura and had it managed for rental for 10 years by them. At the end of long tenancy the rental team let the tenants not pay for weeks and weeks and we are still out of pocket over $3500 in damage and lost rent and they have done nothing to help us claim it back.terrible terrible service and no care for us, despite doing heaps to make tenants comfortable over many years.
We had insurance the whoel time so the proerty managment team decided to not worry chasing up repairs and damage and serous rubbish dumped in the yard, but no insurance woud cover the negligence and deliberate damage of over $3500 that garth and laura wiped thier hands of it all.the response is not true, just simply lies.we did lots for the tenants over the years that the rental team tried to talk us out of like removing and replacing carpets, blinds, bathroom fittings. Kinda like Scomo, all talk and no help
