I had bad experiences with the other phone shop in Macarthur Square to install my mobile screen protector. Anyhow this Happytel helped fixing my problem, fast service too.

These technicians provided honest advice. They repaired and improved the charging function of my phone. They also offered sensible solutions to my specific problem. Excellent and timely service. Would not hesitate to go back to these technicians.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Wish there were an option for 0 stars. Worst service ever. Went to get my phones screen fixed as my phone was cracked and my phone came back faulty. My phones screen would touch itself and always freeze. I went back 3 TIMES to get their faulty screens replaced. Employees said that the screen they put on my phone wasn’t faulty and the problem was with my phone- said my motherboard was damaged although I had no problem with my phone prior to going to their shop.
I went to another shop to fix the problem and they replaced the screen on my phone from HappyTel and the problem was fixed instantly- no more lags or problems with my screen which means obviously it was HappyTel’s screens that were messing my phone up.
So unprofessional to lie to a customer and blame my phone for the problem. I know for a fact that they knew it was their screen.

Not a great selection of genuine products for Samsung phones.
Plenty of cheap and cheerful generic wallets.

Yeah not bad service replaced a battery on my air1 ipad done 2 hrs. Great price $110 great service i recommend to anybody to go there and fix your ipad. Then 3/11/2019 replaced a cracked samsung A70 fixed within 1 hr other than the others that had no stock not bad service good team there.

I would strongly recommend after having my phone repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Managed to get some discounted bundles on the way. You’ve gained a regular customer!
