So many options and very informed customer service about the products tou choose from them.

These people are frauds. Came in to ask for a battery replacement and they said $80 for the battery and install but they would need to order the battery. I came back a week later with a battery and wanted installation only and they wanted $100 for just the install. I'd recommend going to an honest business. I just went to the other many phone shops in the complex and they only asked for $45.

I took my iPhone here trusting these people to fix my phone screen, I wish never did! My screen started glitching as soon as l got it back. I took it back they said l would need to replace the mother board on my phone and that they did not make the damage. Please, avoid if you can.

A little while ago I purchased a 3sixT premium screen protector for my iPhone 14 pro, and after a little while the screen protector started to lift on one of the edges. Whilst the protector is not cheap, it comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. The staff were so easy to deal with and I could not be any happier with their service, especially the lively Antonette. If you need and mobile phone services, this is the one stop shop for you. I approached the store at Macarthur with an issue I've had with my samsung for weeks and thought I'd have to buy a new phone. Schubert was able to fix it within minutes, and amazingly didn't charge me. So I save $1,000 for a new phone and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

Very good and welcoming staff. They fixed my phone. There was something inside my phone that was making it not to get charged. I thought something was wrong with charging pin but Happy tel staff checked and informed me that charging pins are good. They took the unwanted dust out of my phone and it started to get charged. The staff said as they haven’t changed anything so no charges. The fixed that for free.

Over priced, everything here is $30-$50 dearer than other stores in the centre.
Staff are very rude and condescending.
They offer little assistance whatsover and when you do try and talk to them, its like they just want you to leave so they can sit down and watch their tiky toky videos.

Always get a bad service when I come here, used this place a few times but really had enough.

Intended on buying a original Samsung screen protector and was talked into buying a cheaper 3SIXT one that guarantees screen replacement if the protector fails and the screen cracks.

First time, the protector bubbled, asked for a replacement, had to do a long tedious task to find the receipt and then find the warranty email and then put a claim in, wait to get approved then show the approval to the store etc, I am not sure why the store sells this product and offers this service if they dont keep records themselves, it seems more like a ploy to just get you to buy something and hopefully you forget about it, misplace your warranty/receipt and then end up buying another screen protector.

2nd time, screen cracked and protector failed, went to the store to ask if they can cover it under warranty, again, had to find the receipt and put a claim in.been over a week had no reply from 3SIXT, asked the store if they could just replace the screen in the meantime and I'll pay for it, the store didnt have any LCD screens and didnt know when they will be getting them in.

So they offer you a warranty for something on stock they dont readily have, again forcing you to spend money.
Seems like a good investigative point to report to fair trading and consumer watchdog.

Came to simply get my ports/speaker grills cleaned and to my surprise the gentleman had my ports spotless free of charge. Thomas was his name, absolute legend. Will definitely be coming back for my phone repair/cleaning enquires in the future, thanks Thomas!

Always love my experience here. The guy with glasses (forgot his name) is so informative and friendly and you know he knows what he is doing. He gives you proper ideas and does things quick. They’re always helpful and kind. The prices are affordable compared to the one in Narellan Town Centre. Will keep coming back for them as I trust this shop with all my gadget needs

Just wanted to get my phone charger port cleaned because my phone wasn’t charging properly, it always gets stuff in there from work (I work in construction)
Was expecting to pay for it just like other places I’ve been to before but the staff said don’t worry about, pretty shocked. Afterwords decided to get a new screen protector and case as I needed an update on them, he was very happy to do it and he also did it very skilfully and even gave me a very good suggestion on a new phone case, worth going to and probably gonna go back from now on
