Hali Rugs Sydney

Best experience ever. We were going to buy from Freedom and IKEA. But Roberto and Clem blew us away with such good customer service that we were only too happy to pay double the price for stunning quality rugs!

We had a great experience with Hali Rugs, lovely products at a fair price and excellent service from Eve and Sacha.

Roberto and his staff are exceptional. Great customer service and knowledge of their products. My wife and I have recently made a number of purchases from this store and would have no reservations in recommending it to our family and friends for their rug flooring needs.

I’m loving my beautiful bold new rug from Hali and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service I received at the Danks St store. Roberto was so kind, patient and incredibly accommodating while i made my painstaking decision. He guided me through with his knowledge and experience but never pushed his opinion onto me. I highly recommend and look forward to purchasing another rug in the future.

Hali has beautiful rugs and carpets, and their staff have deep product knowledge, which is delivered in an easy and non pushy style. A pleasure to browse and buy.

I find rugs a tough decision with thousands of options and so many price points! I'd been looking for quite a while and just couldn't find the right combination. Finally, I was pointed in the right direction to Hali Rugs on Danks Street, Waterloo. As many have said, Nick and Roberto are fantastic to work with, professional, kind, accommodating and patient:) Instead of having to make a choice via a tiny square of sample carpet, they allowed me to borrow some bigger pieces. Game changer! An easy decision was made and I'm totally happy with our new, huge family room rug.

From the first time I entered Hali Rugs Nick was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted. From there he delivered rugs to our home for us to try more than once as well as provided professional and supportive guidance in making our final decision.
