How could we say enough good things about Sam? We asked a lot of him - and boy did he deliver! Ours was a difficult home to value as it is unusual for the area. Sam recommended we go to auction because of this, and we reluctantly agreed. He was calm and confident honest and approachable. He answered my texts at 5.30 in the morning and 11 at night. He never left us wondering. His communication was beyond par. He spent hours with us at our kitchen table every week making sure we knew exactly what was going on. Having spent the better part of 12 months deciding whether to sell our home, Karen kept us updated with market conditions throughout this time and was always ready to answer our questions. When we decided to finally sell, Karen's awareness of the current conditions in our area ensured we knew exactly what we were to expect.
