Good experience and a great price obtained. Grant was our choice for agent, as he kept it real in his expectation setting and showed experience. It was a very bullish market so hard to pick where the pricing would land. He had a clear plan around the marketing after listening to us, and was negotiable and transparent with fees. Grant kept us informed with weekly contact reports as promised and did the ground work we expected with followups. As it was our first time auctioning he was patient with our questions, and helped us through the nerve-wracking process. Would recommend for a local agent who lives in the area and been doing it a lot of years.

Sam was incredibly professional through the whole process of selling our apartment. He came to us prior to listing with in depth market analysis on the apartments selling in our area and figured out the best method for us to get the best price possible. He organised all the fix ups and photos needed before we listed. Sam is one of the smartest, knowledgeable and most honest guy in the field of Real Estate that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have bought and sold a few homes over the years but I could honestly say that Sam has been the most helpful, informative and reliable agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He followed through on anything he said, I never felt pressured in any way and he was extremely professional answering my many questions. I know I hassled him occasionally as I was impatient to find a house but he always advised me not to rush and panic buy. For that I am very grateful as I might have bought something unsuitable and regretted it later. Iman is a great agent to work with, good market knowledge and insight. He also has strong communication skills and always kept us up-to-date with the market feedback. Professional, open and a hard worker
2 weeks after we put the house on the market the Covid19 lockdown came into effect and the game changed. No more open homes, unsure buyers, and private inspections only.
