I have recently leased a house through Guardian (Dural). I am highly impressed with their professionalism. It has been like this from Day 1 when I was searching for house till today when it has been few months. Whether its their follow ups, Advice, they are always on top of everything. I just have to send them an email and they take care of the rest. Earlier I was with Belle property & I was impressed with them as well that I gave them 5 rating but now Guardian. I think I am lucky to have been dealing with great professionals. To name a few from Guardian Emily Byrne, Anna, Hayden, Nathan - everyone I have dealt with - it has been an absolute pleasure.

Had contact with Guardian for more than one property prior to making the purchase. The agents appeared to be very professional. They seem to use a team approach where there was always more than one person who could be contacted. Very knowledgeable about their local area. Appeared to be quite open and honest in their dealings.

Reported lack of hot water mid Wed morning, email reply about a hour later, call from plumbing company that afternoon an plumber at my door at 7am, as arranged Thursday morning (yes, the next day!)!

Absolutely terrible service watch out for Nathan hush The man rips you off he is a scammer he will do anything to get your money and rip you off I would not deal with this real estate because of this man. He is very unprofessional

The first responsible property manager was good. Unfortunately, the property officer didn't pass the necessary information to the next responsible agent or agency and just rely on the landlord. I did not receive all the necessary expense invoices during consignment but just the summary of the expenses.

Post review comment: After the discussion with Guardian Realty, I am appreciated for their effort that they would follow up my disappointment in the review.

Reviews here seem to be polar opposites - either 1 star or 5 star. I think my experience may help explain why that is the case. On the phone they can seem disinterested, and I had several occasions where I felt they were just trying to end the call while I still had issues to explain or to discuss. In email, things are a little better, and certainly efficient, but still, it would be nice to receive an acknowledgement of documents submitted or receipt of payments confirmed. In person however I have found them to be complete professionals, efficient, and willing to explain details. In person I would rate them 5 stars. Other forms of contact, not so much. I honestly hope this feedback helps them to identify where the negative reviews might be coming from and helps them improve their rating here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Working with Guardian Realty has been nothing short of a nightmare. Very poor customer service, zero concern for your investment, staff who have no idea what they are doing. Have dealt with many agencies for our investment properties over the years and Guardian are by far the worst. Once the tribunal action and insurance claim on our home is complete we will have nothing further to do with them. Arrogant incompetent staff. Agee with the other posting. Don’t touch with a barge pole.
