Buyers Beware! Save your hard earned money avoid this company like the “PLAGUE”definitely think thrice if they are the agents for your leased property. Forget your bond money, add that to your sunk cost as soon as you take a home from Guardian on lease. Run fast and hard if you hear names like Jonathan, Anna and Vanessa. We took a 40 year old house in a prime location on lease when we visited the house for open home it was still in a livable condition. We had just moved to AU at the time from SG our repeated requests to visit the house before actual move in date was denied. On the date of handing over the keys we were told the bathroom door is “broken” and there are patches on the walls. We were assured all of these things will be fixed in a “couple of weeks”, this was told to us on the day of handover movers were getting our stuff from SG the next day, HORRIBLE doesn’t begin to describe the condition the house was in. We had no option but to move. Then started the torture. It took us 2 months and multiple follow ups over phone, email and WhatsApp to make the home livable, mind you this was when we were paying top rent. The experience actually motivated me to buy my own home. The agony didn’t end there. Most of my deposit was confiscated for not returning the property in the “condition” it was given to us. There was no professional cleaning done when we were moving there was soots of dust on the floor and the bathrooms were filthy. We had no option since we were moving to a new country but to clean all of that stuff. On leaving the house their property management team employee Jack called me post handover inspection and assured me that if we take care of 3-4 items we can get AUD 460 of our deposit back. We actually went and did the cleaning took the photos and sent to their team, turns out it was Jacks last day already. Anna and Vanessa back tracked on the entire discussion and were bold enough to say we will deduct 200 AUD more, their advise if you go to NCAT, you will end up paying more! This is extortionist attitude of this company and their employees. Never deal with this unethical business. As a local agent, they don't know how to read the contours and they don't know what is the water course. However, I already forgive their unprofessional conducts until I saw their response today. They never mentioned there are watercourses run through the property and we found this out ourself 2 days after exchanged. Please check your email to verify the dates. Also we have been told by a local resident about the water issue and I never broke into the property without owners permission to find out this issue. Please Stop Making Up The Story!

Very poor service, not professional at all. We put the offer and exchanged contract with the vendor. However, the agent didn’t disclosed the water cross issue. We found it out ourselves. Informed the agent, they said they don’t know. We lost over $5k deposit without any proper explaination. So disappointed! Never use them …

Totally recommend this agency. Our home sold via Gavin Weekly but the whole team professional and knowledgeable. We even met at one our of Open Days the leasing manager who again is extremely professional in his manner.

From listing, Open Homes, appt viewings and final negotiations the team every aspect was handled with perfect communication, honesty and integrity.

Our previous home in 2010 had been sold with Guardian so again we looked to list with them.

Price achieved was a great result!

Congratulations Guardian you got the job done with integrity and professionalism!

No 1 agent! Having been a buyer recently & experienced the level of service that typical agents provide, when it came time to sell there was only one option, and that was Aaron Godfrey & Guardian Realty.
Aaron knows the market better than anyone and I had full confidence at all times that he would achieve the best possible price.
He kept me up to date and followed through on all his promises. If you are selling or buying in Castle Hill, you must use Aaron Godfrey & Guardian Realty.

*****VERY UNPROFESSIONAL *****
We saw 2/691-693 old Northern Road Property, Dural on 1st October and application was sent on same day as per instructions given by Daniel Hall.
I have been trying to connect with Daniel Hall many times and left voice message as well but did not got a call back till today. Yesterday I Called up office and given my details and they assured that someone will contact me but no one did. Today I got notification from realestate app that inspection is scheduled this Saturday which indicates that application was not considered.
We did not receive any call or mail from Guardian Reality as if our time/call does not matter to them and they are super busy and do not have time to even give a courtesy call.
Is this the way you treat your customers?
Pathetic customer service, unprofessional and will never recommend anyone to go with them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Joel Green is the BEST! He RESCUED ME from a previous agent that I had foolishly appointed to sell my house. The Previous agent had done a lot of damage to the reputation of my house due to lack of knowledge of the area and prices and Joel had to go straight into damage control to fix the situation. Joel did the VERY BEST he could under the circumstances and got a reasonable price for me. He was very knowledgeable of the area and has been in real estate for a long time so he knew what he was doing. I blame myself as I honestly should had engaged the services of Guardian in the first place.

Jonathan D' Souza, was the mots professionals leasing Manager we have encountered. When we went looking for a rental property, most agents were stand off, abrupt.and not very empathetic.could not care about you at all. Jonathan stood out from the crowd. He was knowledgeable, polite.chatty and really passionate about his clients property and customers alike. He took 2 stressed people and made us feel special and looked after. He has a rare quality to care for his customers and clients with equal standing. Big thx for all the help and support. He will go a long way with such a good work and customer ethic. BUYER'S BE AWARE! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL CONDUCT

I did sign the contract for property in Kenthurst. I was dealing with Mannie and Stephen. 5% deposit was given as per agreed price without cooling off period. 66 W Certificate was given to agent Mannie and Vendor's Solicitor. My Solicitor was dealing with Vendor's solicitor. I was waiting for them to get contract signed from Vendor but they did n't get the contract signed from the Vendor and I believe they have showed my signed contract to other buyer and asked them to pay more. Then after at the end moment they asked me to pay more to bid other buyer. They have wasted my time, my solicitor's time and I lose the other property as well which I could buy during this time as 5% deposit was given to them.

Please be careful don't pay any deposit to these people until they get the contract signed from the Vendor.
Not Recommend these people to anyone.
