The Autolec was really thorough and talked over everything to me afterwards to explain what was wrong and what was done to fix it. The ladies in the office are especially welcoming and happy to help where they can. Will definitely be back!

I have been a repeat customer at Great Lakes Auto Centre for over 20 years. They get it right first time, every time.

Even though the techs were flat out trying to finish all the vehicles to schedule, they still made time to do a diagnostic check and code clear plus offer significant advice on possible on going issues while we were travelling from Qld to Sydney with caravan in tow. Great service and technical knowledge on an unusual European vehicle. Brilliant.

I have now had several interactions with Great Lakes Auto Centre.
These involved Air-conditioning and auto electrical services.
I have found all staff to thoroughly professional, competent and helpful.

I reached out to GLAC last week about replacing the AGM battery for my 2013 BMW X3 and was lucky enough to connect with the owner (Chad).
I went there today and have to say that the service, professionalism and value for money was fantastic. The front desk guy I dealt with was James and he could not have been more helpful. I left with a battery, drip charger and new wiper blades at a lower total cost than what I would have paid for just the battery at another place.
The way the staff interact with and advise customers was super impressive. No up-selling, just good old honest advice.
No wonder it’s so busy, but well staffed so no one has to wait very long.
I have found my future service garage.

Every staff members I had contact with was friendly and professional. The care and attention taken with the repairs needed to my sorinspr van was excellent. They went the extra mile and fixed properly things that had been patched up by other mechanics. The cost was less then expected and the repairs undertaken done better then expected.
