Alternator appeared to fail when on a short holiday in Forster. James at Bosch Service Centre was quick to analyse the problem and communicated with me the solution and costs involved. The parts were ordered and job completed as soon as practical. Communication was clear at all times. They even arranged a pick-up for me when the car was ready. Couldn't fault this car service centre.
