We have used the team at Goulburn First National for many years now. We own a rental property in Goulburn which they have managed since we bought the property. We have found that we can rely on them completely. They perform excellent inspections and have been very good at following up on issues as they have arisen. Whether it's stove element on Xmas day! A hot water system failure or some other required maintenance they have sorted the issues and followed up. Overall the property is in just as good condition as the day we bought it. They keep excellent accounting records and are a pleasure to rely on. I think they have been excellent not only for us but also for our tenants who only leave when they have left Goulburn. My experience with Barry was good, I got help in all aspects through out the buying process and with the sale of my house. He is knowledgeable in a lot of areas made the whole process more comfortable, would recommend Barry.
