Can't Believe How Easy Barry & Team Made This Sale
From the very first contact with First National, Goulburn when we got a valuation before the pandemic hit, Barry came to see us and we felt comfortable with his knowledge of the area and his realistic and common-sense approach to selling. So when we finally got a Villa in a Retirement Village First National was our go to Estate Agent.
Barry and Bella came out to see us and it was all systems go from there. They just did everything and kept us in the loop nearly everyday. Photos, Video and Drone done within days. We had a potential buyer within a week and a buyer in 2 (the Friday before Christmas). But things didn't pause there as they continued working over the Christmas break. As we and the buyer had proposed dates for moving which had to be sorted Barry liased with the buyer to make it all work. Barry & Bella kept us in the loop and organized for the pest and building inspections to happen. So now just sit back, pack and wait for settlement and moving days. How Easy Was That.
