Isabelle Bourgeois at Gough Recruitment offers the absolute highest level of assistance in finding a role. Within days she had interviews organised and kept me updated the entire time. She regularly checked in as things progressed and was supportive and encouraging the entire time - answering all of my questions and making the process far less daunting. If you decide to use Gough to enter into the real estate industry, I hope Isabelle is the one who gives you assistance.

Advertises attractive positions but when you enquire, extremely difficult to get a response back. Ended up working with mostly one young lady, however she was rather unprofessional. She would arrange interviews for me that was over an hour travel away from my place of residence, and would not even confirm that the day or time suited me. Would just send me the details and tell me to show up. When I requested a reschedule, she would proclaim that I can’t commit and that I am not taking it seriously. I understand that the recruitment process is competitive, but I would have appreciated a more professional approach and better communication. Gough seems like an outstanding company as per their prior reviews, however I am disappointed that I did not have the same experience. Perhaps if they’re staff had better communication skills, this discrepancy would not have occurred.
