If I could give a negative rating I would. I really can't fathom how it's possible for this so-called recruiter to have such a high rating. My experience with a multiple amount of employees from this recruiter have always left me high and dry. They'll make a phone call and if you happen to miss it and call them back, they don't answer and you leave a message, you never hear from them again. I've done the same with 4 different people in this office and am still waiting for them to call me back. The roles they have each advertised are still online over a month later. Are these legitimate roles or are we just victims of meeting your KPIs?

Edit - Thank you for someone responding to something. Obviously this email is not my contact email as it would be unprofessional to use, but regardless, what's the point. Laura is an Associate Director and she herself does not return phone calls. So, that doesn't give me any confidence to email you at marketing for you to pass on to the directors to call me back when the associates don't do it when they spin the yarn of how they have so many jobs and will call you back, then when you call them and leave multiple messages, they don't get back to you. Now it's clear as to why your "talent managers" don't call back either.
