45It has taken me 2 years to even be able to talk about this. I am completely distraught about my wedding video and wished I gone somewhere else. They completely missed our wedding waltz and the speeches. The popped the camera on tripod and that was the majority of our reception video. Really really really upset. Even a refund wouldn't make me happy as no amount of money can bring back the memories. I still get sick to my stomach thinking about it now- so upset.
A big thankyou to Remon and his team, Carlos, Peter and hamlet for the photography and videography at our wedding. All 4 went above and beyond from our same day edit; capturing our houses, church location reception and wow the live stream was so clear and such a hit. They made sure we were so comfortable and took every effort to get the perfect shots and videos of our whole that we will cherish forever. Can't recommend them enough!

I just had my wedding on Saturday and I can’t thank Remon and his team enough. They were the easiest people to deal with when we had to reschedule our wedding because of covid. We messaged him that we wanted to reschedule to X date and he just messaged us a confirmation that our date was rescheduled - no headache at all. Remon and his team were very professional on the day and put together a beautiful same day edit video that we have no idea how they did it soo quickly and put together such a beautiful video. Everyone loved it! They even stayed back until 1am when our party was over. I highly recommend Golden Touch Productions to anyone who is looking for a professional team of videographers to record your special day. We can’t wait to see the final video
