It’s always very depressing to remember and to even write my whole experience with Golden Touch. I’ve had many problems with them. When my husband and I first met the team they were amazing, honest, promised everything to us to get what we want and even looked after us when we had to change our wedding date during COVID.it’s very sad to say, even still today my husband and myself regret having them for our wedding.
Majority of our wedding photos look either blurry, not professional and photos that they couldn’t even cut out side pictures of either of people, a random car and even a rubbish bin.our video… is more depressing. Took them almost 9 months to make and We absolutely hated it and so many times we had to send it back and make them work on it again. Our video looked like a backyard job. Out of focus, peoples heads were so zoomed in, they were more concentrating on one nationality background with their whole traditions instead of making it 50/50 of two different nationalities that was mentioned many times to them. The whole thing looked like a 5 year old can do. We had family coming from different states in wanting to watch our video very excited and for them to be completely down about it including my husband and myself. We can’t even watch our video without either getting mad or upset. The photographers that came to my house were unprofessional especially one lady that came. She did not take any photos of me with my family downstairs and rushed us out to leave for the church when we still had an extra 20 minutes to take more photos. The lady made a big scene with the drummers outside my house, yelling and talking in her language that there’s no time.it was a disaster having them. Only thing we loved is the fast version that they had to fix 3 times that we approve on. I’ve told many people about my story including everyone we know that’s getting married to not book anything with Golden Touch Production. They can reply back to this review saying a complete different story, lies to make them look like the victim but my story will always be the truth.
