Worst customer service ever. Rude to talk to and say they are gonna do one thing then they do another

Very bad customer service and very rude! We came ready to spend money but ended up leave the store and bought our vacuum somewhereelse. The management should take a look and train them properly on how to talk to customer!

I have been there 2 times. Staff is very rude in this branch, although Godfreys have pretty decent variety of vacuum cleaners.

Very bad experience with them. Worse customer service. I went there to buy vaccume and ask questions and they treat me like i am asking for free.
Mate i am happy to pay more rather than go this place where customers are not respected.

Terrible place if you are looking for refund/exchange on faulty goods. We purchased a steam mop which stopped working on the first use. Took it back to the store & we were made to wait 20 minutes for a manager because the salesperson is not allowed to exchange/refund? The salesperson didn't even inspect the machine to see first hand the issues. He did however plug in the floor model to show me how to use it. I explained to him that I knew how to use it, my issue was that mine didn't work, so if he plugged in the faulty one he would see what was wrong. They also tried to lay blame at me telling me it shouldn't be used in a large area. Seriously? All I wanted to do was an entry way & kitchen.not an entire restaurant or shop! Finally we got the manager to exchange the product & when I requested an updated receipt to note the exchange he told me I would have to make a booking and come back in a week. When I questioned this he told me he was actually doing me a favour by letting me take an exchange product that day. Receiving a faulty product, then having to drive the 40 minutes to return it, made to wait around for over 30 minutes in total is doing me a favour? I'm sure they are great at sucking you in for a sale, but their after care is disgusting.

Its like any other Godfreys. I bought a Philps Vaccum cleaner from here. I am giving 5 star becuase of the car parking space. They can safely accommodate 10-15 cars. Its a standalone shop and so I am assuming that the car parking is not a shared one.

Never come to this place. Store manager "Ardalan" talks rubbish to customers and says I can't help you and not willing to help

All Mark up prices to get you to spend more please not you can get the 3k vacuum for around 1,200 to 1,500 for the best price argue and make them want the sale, no integrity at Godfrey's.

Great service and good product range. Helped me find a suitable cleaner. Do try to push you to certain products initially.

The staff has gr8 knowledge but they only promote Hoover which seems biased.also they will always show you the costilest one first.

Customer service representative Ahmed gave a thorough and informative demonstration on the different types of vacuum cleaners for different needs around the house. Now I feel like a vacuum expert! There is plenty of warranty and availability for trade-ins so feel free to check them out.
