I purchased online.the process was easy once I had viewed the wide range of products. I already had 2 beautiful patchwork Eames chairs and was wanting to maintain a mid 20th century theme. I couldn't believe my luck when I found the Mario Bellini Contour lounge chair in black and white patchwork with alight ash legs. A foot stool in the same style and fabric by the same manufacturer was purchased to compliment the chair. Additionally, I found and Eileen stainless steel and glass fully adjustable side table.just beautiful. I've complimented this setting with A Copenhagen coffee table with a natural Ash finish.the soft contours of this table are reminiscent of styles produced in the mid twentieth century.
Besides beautiful furnishings, and just as important, the customer service provided was fautless. I order on Saturday night and a received a confirmation email and invoice. On Monday I received a courtesy call from a staff member thanking me for my order and providing me with a morning or afternoon delivery window on Tuesday.
Toll were the delivery company and they sms me when products on truck followed by a further sms 15 min prior to delivery. I live in an apartment and my delivery was bought up to my apartment.
To my sheer delight my products arrived fully assembled and properly packed
Really it doesn't get better, all kudos to GLICKS and Toll

Found a great outdoor table at half price. Staff were relaxed and friendly, experience was great plenty of parking right outside the showroom, and staff helped load our flat packed table into our car. Can’t say enough about how easy it was to get in and out. No stress to park, find a peice of furniture and go.

I contacted Glicks regarding an issue I had with one of the dining chairs I bought and their Warehouse manager, Andy was very prompt with his respond. He was very helpful and went above and beyond his duties to help us resolve it. I was very impressed with the quality of service he provided!

Glicks Furniture were an absolute pleasure to deal with.friendly and prompt follow-up service and plentiful communication once my order was placed. I purchased two items separately and In both instances I had received each piece around 48 hours after placing my order. Delivery staff were also exceptionally professional and friendly. Very happy with service and the end product. Delivery men were great and took care with our existing furniture and the furniture they were delivering. Happy doing business with Click and would buy from them again.

We received an email that confirmed we could pick up our new chairs, but when we got there and they weren't ready. We had to wait 20 minutes. We chose not to wait longer for final assembly. We got parts for the chairs and headed home to put it together, only to find it was missing parts
We had to drive back to get extra parts. On the positive side, they were very pleasant about their mistakes and eventually rectified the situation to our satisfaction
