Absolute 10/10 customer service and furniture! From the moment I stepped into the warehouse to picking up my furniture. It’s so rare to get such a smooth and helpful process when purchasing furniture these days, and this place exceeded in doing so. The team even stayed back after hours so I could pick up my furniture. No where in Sydney have I found a service so willing to help like that! Thanks again guys, I will be back!

I had a bit of a journey getting my rather unique chair but at no time did I think they took my money and moved on. They were communicative and attentive until everything was sorted. Fantastic chair and customer service. Five stars!

Great customer service. I had an issue with my dining table and they fixed in less than 24 hours!

I bought online but had great service over the phone organising delivery. I live in regional NSW and the delivery experience was excellent with great communication and professional staff at every point.

Giora and Pietra have been absolutely amazing- so accomodating and kind going above and beyond for me to get all the things I need. I can not thank them enough. My couch is sooo comfortable and I could stare at my dining table all day it’s so beautiful. The furniture is of excellent quality but their services and customer care has also been exceptional. I recently order an interstate shipment to fit out a new TV Room. The service from the Glicks team to have this processed, adjusted (change of mind) and shipped when needed was next level.

Haven’t opened the boxes yet to check the item, however I came here to say how amazing the delivery service was. For regional NSW I received a call from Glicks the day after I ordered confirming delivery details. I received a follow up call from the courier. Day of delivery, I received a call and text message. Courier was on time and within recommended window, he was also very gracious in assisting my husband to bring in another delivery which had been left on our front porch. Will re-purchase from Glicks due to the confidence I have in receiving my items in regional nsw.

I recently made an interstate purchase of a coffee table from Glicks and when it arrived there were some minor marks on the glass top (supplier issue - it wasn't damaged in transit or by Glicks) - contacted them to advise and Giora and team promptly arranged for a replacement top to be delivered within a few days.

Excellent customer service from a family-run business and I most certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering making a purchase!

Service and communication good. Products as described and well packed. The delivery took longer than expected but still reasonable. Would recommend Glicks for their customer service and offering at reasonable prices.

Reviews that aren’t positive are difficult. I don’t post this easily either as I love supporting Aussie business.

I bought a large Saarinen oval tulip 2 years ago. From the day it was delivered we could see that it was inferior marble to what was in the showroom.

First, let me say that I am not new to marble furniture. I have two original Saarinen tulip tables bought in London, I have several antique marble tables and left behind in the UK a fabulous, huge, outdoor marble table.
Nothing has caused me as much angst as this table from Glicks, I’m afraid.

When I first wiped it down, on arrival, the water actually discoloured the table. Water on a clean microfibre clothe. I immediately called and spoke to Glicks to be told that you never wipe marble with water… hmm, seems like I have been doing something wrong for the last 30 years and across three countries…

Anyway, two years later, after placemats, coasters, wine coasters, complete paranoia, we have a sadly scarred looking table top. The varnish was removed by a bottle of cold champagne, so a very awful ring mark in matte texture is now there instead of a shiny finish, water that dripped from a tray of ice and oysters onto the placemat has also marked a Criss cross pattern the same as the placemat.
In short, I am terribly disappointed. We were buying a real one 15 years ago when moving from London to Hong Kong but we couldnt be sure it would fit in the lift at HK end.
And we are people who take care of our furniture. My other Saarinen tables are perfect, even 15 years later, despite dust, water, coffee cups etc. Our original Eames armchair has only a few scratches from a glass window exploding inwards in a typhoon, our Eames dining chairs are spotless….
So, be wary of the marble tops. If you can afford to lose $2-3k….

Great products without a doubt but what stands this store above others is their focus on the customer. Great service from Terry, Giora and the team. Really outstanding.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with one of the furniture pieces that was originally delivered but the staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within a couple of days. Very happy and have subsequently ordered more furniture from Glicks.

I purchased 8 of the clean lined Iconic dark grey bonded leather dining Chair nearly 3 years ago. I am just about to buy some more for another house because after 3 years my chairs are still looking like brand new, I am so happy with them. You cant go wrong with these great chairs, they come in 4 different colours as shown in the photos. Glicks was great to deal with too. Terry couldn't have been more helpful.

Pietra was extremely helpful and charming. Very easy to deal with.
The sofa arrived when due and looks great. Extremely comfortable.

I can confidently say that I will only be purchasing furniture from Glicks from now on. My new kitchen table and chairs are absolutely fantastic! I dealt with Giora, and his customer service was excellent! I can’t wait to be back!
