Glenco electrician, Matthew, did a wonderful job installing our wall lights that needed altering from plug-ins to hard-wire. They look great! The whole service was seamless from booking to completion. Really happy I found Glenco, will use again and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

I had Glenco install some light fittings for me and a bathroom fan. Can't comment on price as I did not get other quotes but I found it reasonable.

They were able to visit me to quote relatively quickly, turned up on time and were friendly and professional. I gave them the go ahead and the following week, they carried out the job with little fuss and all is working fine.

Recommend them highly, so hard to get a tradesman to turn up, let alone on time twice. Will be using them for future work too.

Glenco failed to notify my building when they would be doing noisy works. When I called to ask why the work was happening without notice at first Matt said there were notices all over my building; there were but for a different date and work, then he told me there was no need to be emotional when I explained I had to work from home and was supposed to be training people all day (close to impossible with the noise of a drill driving through brick below me), he refused until the second phone call to acknowledge it was his responsibility to notify us and that he had failed to do so while insulting me for asking who was responsible. I do wonder whether he would have been as rude to a man as he was to me but either way he was flat out rude, failed to do his job in notifying us and continued to disrupt my work day significantly. I would not suggest hiring glenco for any work ever.

We have had Glenco in to clean and maintain our aircon system and they have been fantastic. Honest, professional and polite. Great communication before the booking as well. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the system does not allow you to leave negative stars. This company is totally incompetent- the technician said this job needs someone more experienced than me after a few hours of labour and then they demanded I pay $180 per hour to fix his inability to complete the job / they left wires hanging from my ceiling BEWARE do not use this company they are BAD BAD BAD

INCOMPETENT at best. I ordered and specified I needed service of a CBUS system. They claim on their website to be an expert in this area. The person they sent mucked around for hours and failed to get the system working again even after a $1320.00 part was replaced. He said and I quote, "this needs someone with more experience than me" He admitted he was not qualified to complete the job.and left lights hanging from the ceiling. They refused to send someone out to fix his mistakes unless I paid $ 180.00 per hour for an unspecified time for their so called" expert" they should have sent in the first place. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - buy a box of candles - this would be better than getting GLENCO to do any work.

Glenco took the hassle out of hiring a tradie. Jesse my technician was efficient, courteous and friendly. The office staff were prompt in providing a quote and were able to organise an electrician for the next morning. Excellent client service all round.

Staff at Glenco Electrical that were sent were wonderful. They were very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate. I will be using them in in the future and would highly recommend.

We started using Glenco for a major electrical overhaul of our house when we first bought it over 6 years ago and they were brilliant. We continue to use them for everything electrical as they provide excellent service at a good price. We always receive quality workmanship and customer service at a good price.
