We consider the charge to be excessive. We paid after the job was done and today I received another invoice!

Extremely unprofessional, left my apartment in a complete mess, broke my fragrances and personal items and refused to replace. Avoid at all costs, support small business that actually cares about their customers.

I had a blown service fuse which Austgrid was not allowed to fix. I found Glenco on their suggested list of accredited service providers, and am very glad to have done so. Thank you to Natalie for so kindly and efficiently organising the replacement the same day. The communication was excellent, and I will certainly come back to Glenco.

Despite a somewhat rocky start Glenco are providing us with a quotation for building remodelling and maintenance. We are expecting the same high level of service on this type of work as we have received for electrical and mechanical work. I have had excellent service and responsiveness with Glenco for electrical and air conditioning work, including installation and service of existing systems.

Arrogant, aggressive driver of Glenco Service Van - EHX56T just cut my children and I off in the middle of an intersection. He certainly saw us as he beeped the horn. If this is how you interact with the public then I can't see how your professional services would be any different.

Probably one of the most incompetent and untrustworthy businesses I have had to deal with for a while. Simple installation of a light switch has been a major problem for them and they have replaced a switch panel with a thicker plate thinking that close enough will be good enough. The door will not close properly. They now want to blame a tenant for not being available when they turned up to fix their mistake without having bothered to make an appointment first. You will be badgered by their receptionist about answering your phone the minute when the job is done so they can get payment from you, and they will threaten not turn up to rectify their faulty work if you dont agree to their terms.

The Glenco AirCon team relocated my outdoor system which was a big job it took all day to do it. They arrived on-time and were the perfect mix of professional yet friendly and worked diligently to get the job done. I'm very happy with the outcome. I certainly do recommend Glenco.

2 hours work. $600 dollars to hard wire a strip light and replace two faulty GPO's. Regular call out, not emergency. Two electricians. I gave Glenco the opportunity to review their invoice which didn't get anywhere. Just so you know what you are getting yourself into. I know lawyers who charge less.

Electrician came to my unit on 8 March to install a new powerpoint and look at installing a new exhaust fan in my bathroom. Still waiting one week later from management about a quote for a new bigger fan. I’ve chased up every day for the last week and no response so I ended up buying a dehumidifier from Kogan

I had a problem with a shower screen door (pivot hinge) that other shower screen resellers/repairers found too hard to repair OR couldn't be bothered to repair ("sorry, don't have the parts" or "can't be done").

Glenco summed up in 5 mins onsite what needed to be done. Will from Glenco was awesome to deal with - polite, good natured, cleaned up after him and achieved a neat solution. Works as good as new now. Great to deal with people that know what they are doing and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

On time, good prices. Nathan was a champ who got the job done despite the challenge of finding a wooden beam in the bathroom ceiling and not having roof access. Came up with a great work around that didn't cost too much more. Patched up the gap around my IXL fan heater so well that I dont need to call a plasterer! Installation of 3 drum oyster lights and an IXL fan heater. Wouldn't use any other company for electrical work.

Glenco's manager responded to my 1 star review and sent out another technician for an hour for free to look at my aircon again, which I did appreciate and is the reason why I have now given them 3 stars. I asked for a quote for a new aircon and installation but 4 days later received a quote to install a pump instead. I wouldn't use them again

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

Joel Brown visited my home to give me the Quote for Ducted Air Conditioning, but he end up fixing my current Ducted Temperzone Air Conditioning and did such a Fantastic Service for me. I will give him extra star's for his amazing job and performance. As he knew already that what he is talking about and did the service for me. Why I choose Glenco Electrical Air Conditioning because of their amazing job. Thanks very much for your great suggestion and making my Air Conditioning work so well. Joel has got some more things to fix in my current Air Conditioning. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Michael and Lee are very good Electrician they were punctual and they know what they are talking about. Their best suggestion for my current Exhaust Fan and outside my Main Switch Board was amazing. Thanks for your great advice before some other company would have ripped me off. Michael and Lee were great electrician to rectify my problem.
