Exceptionally clean amenities. The park and information centre well presented and kept. More parking at rear with easy to access local cafe and other outlets.

Staff are very helpful and you can get maps and use the facilities while you stop for a rest and stretch on your way to Blue mountains or Jenolan caves.

I haven't been in yet but the old one was good, so this new one must be better.
Looks great from the outside where a traffic inlet allows one to use the free WiFi for a while.

Not good on toilets though. Like nearly everywhere else on the mountains, the, quite comprehensive, nearby public toilets are locked at dusk.

If they can't trust the locals in the Loo's, I'm not too keen yo go in the nearby bushland.

We were fortunate enough to call in at the Glenbrook info ctre today where we received the best customer experience from the 2 women who were working there. They couldn't have been more helpful or informative, not only with us, but with the other customers they conversed with whilst we were there. They are ambassadors for the Blue Mountains and clearly loved their jobs. Thanks so much for your help.

The staffs at the Visitor Information Centre are very helpful. Last Saturday, my car broke down in front of the Visitor Centre and need to be towed. My family were heading towards Dubbo and made non-refundable accomodation arrangement. We were stranded without any transportation back and the staff (sorry I forgot to ask the name) was very helpful. She was ringing all the car rental (unfortunately most of the car rental closes at 1pm). However, she managed to find one and directed us to collect the car on time. We would like to thank her and other staffs members for being so kind and helpful. We finally managed to enjoy our holiday with the rented car. Keep up your good work.
