Information Centre Benjamin was extremely helpful to assist us look for a medical centre. My son who needs doctor prescription for ointment.
11/10star service from Liz. She absolutley nailed it with what we should/could do in our quick 1 night stop over in the blue mountains. Nailed the brief entirely and made us feel so happy and confident setting out on our journey!
Worthy stop.
With 1 night to stay and limited daylight, choosing what to do in the Blue Mountains was overwhelming. Luckily Liz was working the desk and gave us an incredible itinerary, and even suggested a better place for us to camp.
She absolutely made our trip memorable, valuable and stress free, and we're already discussing a return trip to see more.
Liz, if you're reading this, you're a badass. Those were some Ritz Carlton Concierge level tips.
Why wasn't any books about every town in the Blue Mountains on display. It was a waste stopping there.
Normally this is a great visitors centre where the staff take time to help you choose the right walk for your particular needs. Today, the gentleman staff member didn’t seem to want to do more than sell me the blue mountains guide book. He was dismissive in manner and not generous with his time. No one else was waiting for help, so no reason for the substandard service.
Greenspace. Park it up. Have a break. Toilet facilities. Visit the visitor centre while you're there.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Good stop for long distance travel. Good park nextdoor. Lots of information for regional travel
Benjamin was exceedingly helpful with both local knowledge, what to see and the history of the first roads. I think we ticked off everything on his list in a packed couple of days! Thank you Benjamin
Nice place to stop for a break. Nice park away from the city and the entrance to the Blue mountains
Clean, lots of choices, toilets clean and fresh. Plenty of information on the blue mountains and the available activities.
Glenbrook Visitor Information is a great place to stop when travelling to the Blue Mountains, with souvenirs, maps, and plenty of readable material about the blue mountains and surrounding areas, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the blue mountains and the surrounding areas. There are toilets facilities near the information centre, I always make Glenbrook Visitor information centre my first stop when travelling to the Blue Mountains.
Not very helpful when it's only open on a Saturday and Sunday. Retired people do venture out weekdays and need information.
What a nice first stop into the mountains, lots of parking and clean toilet, this is also a great place to grab some information on bushwalks and scenic drives.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
Worth a little pitstop
This place is our stop when we are going to Blue mountainous. Clean bathroom, a nice gift shop, kids playground and some barbecues, it's also not far from Glenbrook town centre.
This place can be found as very helpful to visitors and you can buy many varieties of souvenirs here
Helpful and knowledgable staff. The place has been updated so it was nice and bright with nice selections of souvenirs to buy. Also have lots of tourist information about Blue Mountains area and sometimes they offered discounts if brochures were presented when you visit the area. A good stop to make for stretching your legs or have a break after the drive. Chlidren will also like to have a quick run or play at the playground there.
Very friendly helpful knowledgable staff who are happy to give you their time to make your visit memorable
Clean efficient and helpful. Perfectly located right before heading into the blue mountains. Toilet and machine coffee was a relief fron the drive up.
