I loved taking my vegan friend over to this place for a delicious pizza. Their service is really fast and I appreciate their kind hospitality. Thank you

Just bought 2 pizzas and a garlic bread $61.99 for pick up.
50% was fluffed up pizza doe with minuscule ingredients. Threw out half of each pizza as just backed pizza doe

Can’t believe I waited this long to try Gigi’s. Potato pizzas are delicious! Half way through eating we regretted only order one pizza… will definitely be back!

Nice place
Good vibe
Ok value (sometimes a little overpriced)
Nice food (sometimes burnt crust, please fix this issue or remove the black parts for the customer)

I hope to come back again

The very best pizza in sydney, so delicious, filling and fresh.the pizzas also taste just as good reheated in the oven.

Plant-based that tastes just as good as the original, not just an after thought. Very popular during peak so prepare to wait for a table, but it's worth it.

Waited an hour for dinner on a busy Saturday night but was well worth the wait. Great pizza for vegan and non-vegans alike.

Very disappointed tonight.

Ordering is impossible without your phone. Not a menu insight.

Music was loud and the choice of music made it difficult to relax & enjoy a meal.

Ordered 2 calzone pizza which both were extremely under cooked.
The ingredients and dough was raw through the middle.

Being a regular pizza lover and often returning to a vegan pizza establishment, we enjoy.
This has been the complete opposite experience from the food to service provided.
We have left with a bad taste in our mouths and stomach ache.

This place used to heave with masses of inner westies. Then they went vegan, and they uber heaved. Now there's more choice, but they still do well.this was not their best performance.
We sat next to the front door. Every time someone arrives, it makes a metal on metal screech that left me needing dental work. You have to hear it to believe it. It's simply unprofessional. This is cured readily. UPDATE; you see below the owner says they're aware and getting it fixed. Hmmm.what if it was stuck closed and you couldn't trade without it being fixed? Get the point?
The remote order thing has its place. Big pubs are well suited. It adds to your experience to not have to get up, even if you still can.
At a restaurant, it detracts. No smile, no welcome, no recommendations or specials, no guidance on pairings of wine or food. You may as well be home on the couch.
The pizzas were hit and miss. The tomato base pizza was pretty lush. White pizza is traditionally cheese based. Here, if you're using fake cheese, you might need to realise that as it cools, the variation from the cow thing widens, to a poor conclusion. Here, a white pesto, perhaps pine or macadamia would restore balance. Add the toughest radicchio, and mushrooms as sparse as foliage on Uluru, and you have a pizza with all the appeal of a state politician.
And there's there's the musical door. Made me wish a car would crash outside for aural relief.

Excellent food, even if you aren’t vegan the food is delicious. The pizza bases are wood fired and really tasty and rich. Highly recommended

They make it super difficult to do business with. Won't accept cash although cash is still a legal tender in Australia so they're breaking the law. On Zomato it states cash is accepted and why don't you update your website and social media pages stating you don't accept cash.
Another obstacle is their phone ordering system on site. I know they're trying to be covid-safe but they've taken it too far and lost the human aspect of a service orientated business, they've become customer experience poor. Never again.

Gigi's used to be my number one pizza spot until last night. The ambience and authenticity of this place has changed dramatically. It's turned into a cold pizza factory - "give us your money and get out" kind of vibe. I attribute the change to the incredibly rude staff - specifically the hostess/runner with a long blonde pony tail and ability to understand Italian. Calling her rude is an understatement. She clearly hates her job. I would certainly not want her to be the face of my establishment. My partner and I will not be returning until we hear of some improvements from other patrons.

Best Italian pizza place I have ever been to. Do try their patate which is a must have. There is a bit of a wait as they don't do reservation but it is all worth it.

Keen to give this establishment a go, we visited during the busy weekend lunch rush. We ordered a plate of arancini for entree, along with a ‘Regina’ and ‘Patate’ pizza to share.  The arancini were perfectly fried balls of goodness, but the star of the show was definitely Gigi's famous wood-fired pizzas. We loved the velvety San Marzano tomato base, sweet pops of fresh tomatoes and creamy tree-nut ricotta on the Regina, and the decadent mix of potato and truffle on the Patate. The pizza bases were cooked to perfection, with crispy edges, paper thin centres and a lovely doughy flavour.  We are pretty big meat-eaters, but truth be told we didn't miss the animal products one bit!

It's worth mentioning that since Gigi doesn't use traditional cheese, they are quite heavy-handed with olive oil to make up for the missing creamy texture. This can mean that the pizzas are quite oily. We didn't mind the generous layer of olive oil on our pizzas, but it could be a bit overwhelming for those who are after a healthy meal.

Pricewise, Gigi is on the higher end when it comes to pizza joints, but we think that is totally justified given the quality of the food here. We'll be back for more!

The best vegan pizza I've had so far. Amazing tomate base and vegan cheese is better than normal cheese. Nice beers to choose from the menu as well. We had to wait a long time outside in the cold, but worthwhile.

By far my favourite pizza place in Sydney. Vegan options with an outstanding flavour assortments. Heaven in your mouth! My non vegan boyfriend agreed that it is also the best pizza base he has ever tried:)

Disappointed that I dint visit this place before. The best vegan Italian cuisine I've ever had. Loved each and every bite of calzone, pizza, lasagna & tiramisu cake. Simple and hygienic restaurant with a lovely staff. Can't wait to visit again. Cheers guys!

We went to Gigi’s for lunch. There were no other customers. We sat down and the waitress told us to order through the app and walked away. We had some questions about the menu but no one returned to check on us. There were two waitresses on shift and both were sitting down at a table together. We waited for about 15 minutes and eventually just left.

Wow from the service to the pizza everything about this place is first class. Even though it's a vegan pizza place should not detract from it being one of the best in Sydney. The dough is phenomenal soft with good chew and the woodfired oven makes the difference.

The potato pizza with rosemary and truffles is a hit make sure you try it. Everything is very good here in regards to the main meals.
The entree and dessert is okay but not value for money.
