After a number of reviews and discussions they decided that my situation was good enough and any changes will not make significant improvements, so they gave me some recommendations to implement, however, they decided to fully refund the fees I paid.

I also found them knowledgeable and have excellent process in place where the strategy recommended by the adviser I was dealing with got reviewed by a panel of experts, this way they make sure nothing gets missed and the client gains benefit from their services.

We have just started with Future Assist & everything has been brilliant so far. Colby has provided a fantastic service, we have been kept in the loop with our progress by emails or phone calls. We will definitely be recommending friends, who have had bad experiences in the past with other companies to Future Assist.
