We interacted with Babak & Vacha from Future Assist for finance advice and our strategy for managing our finances. It was a very good experience. They were very interactive throughout the engagement, which we really liked, as suggesting financial recommendations without knowing someone’s situation in detail leads to a bad decision. We've been with Future Assist for four years now and we are relieved of the burden of trying to manage our finances ourselves. From the beginning it felt like a partnership and that has grown over time. We've accomplished things that seemed impossible to us and we are looking forward to retirement even through its still many years away. I highly recommend Future Assist

Sadly, a very poor service. Referred from a friend whom had a wonderful experience. However, throughout my experience, made to feel as though my 6 figure salary, super and savings is basically laughable. Then told my wealth is not enough for them to invest time in. In terms of service, pretty poor.

We could not have done it with the help of Future Assist. I truly believe that we have set ourselves up for retirement as well financial security. Big thank you to everyone from future assist team.

I was very pleased to be able to work intensively with Babak who was determined to meet our requests. He brought us up to speed with where we were at, as things had slipped a bit without some coaching/advise. Babaks time was put into training us up to use the SMSF product suite- which is a most welcomed inclusion for us. Great customer service from Babak left us with growing confidence in our future planning.

We find being in Canberra is problematic to do business. We appreciate Future Assists ability to maintain good communication. The customer service initiative is a good idea for customers like us who probably won't enter an interstate shopfront.
