I had a terrible experience with Ashok and thought it's only fair to post a review so people can think twice before going to this store. I had a small job for Ashok and while he could have just rejected it from the very beginning he didn't. He accepted the job and took nearly three weeks to get a sample I paid for done. Throughout this entire time, he kept telling me how my job was not profitable for him. He was extremely argumentative, unprofessional and just rude.

He was also unable to provide professional advice when asked and also told me that it would take two weeks to embroider two items. For comparison, another store nearby knew exactly what to do and confirmed everything with me in under 20 min and said he would be able to deliver the next day. My job might be a small one but doesn't mean that I need to be treated so disrespectfully.

Wonderful service from a very friendly and helpful team. Regardless of the timeframes Ashok continues to deliver quality service and products.

Great customer service and the final finishes on the new uniforms are excellent. Highly recommend this specific branch and this is not my first time I used this sort services.

From the first time I walked in the shop, I knew i was in good hands! I had the best advices & directions regarding what was the best suited to meet my requirements. The quality of the finished garments is outstanding and Ashok met my preferred timeframe for delivery.
