Had a golf Memorial Day in honour of my late father. The embroidery shop we originally engaged said they could have it done for our trip and had 2 weeks notice. 24 hours out they had forgotten our order and said “sorry” we can’t get it done. I called a few places and managed to get onto Ashok at Embroid me Nth sydney. I explained the Issue and we needed hats made for 16 golfers and had to pick them up within 24 hours.
He and his team worked tirelessly and had the. Ready for me the next day.
Couldn’t be happier with their attitude, service and product.

I work with Ashok & the team regularly for my event uniform requirements. Service and quality is always EXCEPTIONAL and the team go above and beyond to deliver for us. A trusted partner I would recommend to anyone.

Manager advised me upon first visit that some hats I required to be embroided were ok to be done, so purchased the hats, then went back to get them embroided and was told 2 weeks completion time frame. This seemed extreme, and when I asked what the reason was for the two weeks, the Manager told me he "doesn't do small jobs" and that he "should've told me last time".
Not good enough in 2023 I'm afraid!
Won't be bringing back any larger work either!

I was referred to Ashok Murthy at EmbroidMe North Sydney and can certainly endorse the recommendation. I needed several logos to be embroidered on soft shell jackets and some hats for a small group ski trip. It was not a huge job but I received service as if I was a large corporate!
He is very professional, understood the brief, assisted with layout suggestions, prepared proofs of the logos and then carried through with top notch execution on time- the finished product was excellent and great value.
