Great place, great staff. Always feel like i have done a workout. They have an attention to detail to make sure you are doing things correctly and a part of the group, even if you are like me an very unco ordinated.hahahaha.thanks eveyone for helping me.

I used the 21 day pass at FS8- little did I know I will feel and see instant results. It helped strengthen my core. If you are thinking of trying it but hesitating, go for it. You will be pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth it!
