FS8 Condell Park

FS8 Condell Park offers such a high energy, motivating and exciting environment for a workout! The trainers are super chill and friendly. First time doing reformer Pilates and I love it!

The staff are great! And the trial is amazing, highly recommend especially if you're looking for something different and fun!

I’ve been going to FS8 for 5 months now and I still love it! I’ve introduced at least 5 of my friends to join. The classes are in a continuous improvement cycle and the team make a conscious effort to make no two classes the same. A big shout out to the coaches who keep me and the girls motivated! We really appreciate you bringing your best foot forward everyday and every class, especially Savanna when she comes to us gifting heavier weights!

Perfect for beginners but also challenging. Love the variety and that everyday is something different. Trainers are all very helpful

Sf8 Condell Park have been terrific to come to and train at. The trainers have been wonderful, really helpful and take the time to guide and assist with the technique and have been super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I am a regular at F45, but tried FS8 and love it! This is a beautiful clean studio with great coaches. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic first session with a yoga instructor on a Sunday morning.
Beautiful studio, with free lockers and new washrooms. Beautiful exposed cement walls and high ceiling (warehouse style) and great facilities, as you can see, reformer machines and mats provided. Just remember to wear your good socks and towels!

The class was awesome and the coaches were so encouraging.i was not afraid to come back the next day to this great environment!

Been training here for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! I can see the difference in my body and already feel stronger. The workouts are different each day and the trainers are extremely supportive. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I joined Fs8 classes about 1 month ago, I feel so much stronger & more flexible & confident already. I love the flexibility of the membership no lock in contracts or tricks. FS8 is has been wonderful! A great low intense workout for women with PCOS. Hidden muscles are targeted and worth the sweat. Amazing trainers!
