Horrible strata Business, if not the worst in Sydney. It has terrible customer services and please don't be tricked by this business

BE WARNED! Seems like a competative price at first but they bill schedule 2 fees for EVERYTHING! We only realised after changing from their incompetent service, which caused many owners great frustration. Even a phone call to them incurs extra fees despite them not even answering the query! There own strata manager & even the tradies making money out of them give a 5star review here. I wonder if any of the good reviews are actually legit customers?

We were not happy at all with the service provided to our strata plan. Management acted very unprofessionel in many ways and provided our property poor service. We ended up changing companies.
