Horrible company! Poor values to fine a father that is doing his best. It’s very hard and challenging to parent a child with developmental issues.

Bunch of gronks that think there above the law. Beware they will fine you if your child cries a door slams or your dog barks. Wow they must make alot of money that might explain why there never in there office or available to take your calls. Avoid this company. Bad bad bad.

This strata’s care and compassion for young families is revolting. Fancy fining a family $250 because their 2 and 4 year old child are crying/playing/screaming and making noise as per a normal child of that age. You should be ashamed of your self

I have been really impressed with the level of service we have received from this company. Our Strata Manager, Lana Fisher, is attentive, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations.no task seems to big or too small for Lana. I do not hesitate to recommend Fresh Strata to my friends and family in need of quality strata management services

Where do I start- terrible communication, do not reply to emails on the off chance you’re lucky and get a response instead of an automated response the reply will be after chasing them up with 4 or 5 follow up emails. Complete negligence in their duty of care, forget to send notices for AGM’s, tried to make us stay with them for an extended period of time even though we had given enough notice that we wanted to leave fresh strata and were within our notice period however it took them literally 3 months to schedule our AGM- after threatening them with going to the tribunal they soon changed their mind and honoured our original request. All they care about is taking your money and offering terrible service, I have honestly never dealt with a company that is as bad as this one. Always apologising for not being in touch/ignoring emails/ not sending notices in time but then doing the exact same thing a week later so the apology meant nothing. We have since moved strata companies and have discovered they didn’t send our rates for June so now we have twice the rates to pay. DO NOT CHOOSE FRESH STRATA! Save yourself the headache.

Fresh Strata being the worst strata management team is an understatement.
The only communication you receive from them are auto ‘out of office’ replies via email, and don’t bother trying to call them. Their staff are hardly in the office. Their strength is their lack of communication; their weakness is that they overpromise and hardly deliver. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for another strata management.

The worst strata and team ever. Never replied to emails, messages, phone calls….
If their staffs replied to emails they say we will check and get back to you but never get back to us.
Also very hard to communicate with Nathan.
Most of the times we received automatic replies that he is on a leave and will come back at certain time. It’s strange that sometimes he didn’t update his “coming back dates” it has been there for ages!
As the majority of the staffs, he never replied to emails, his behaviour is rude and arrogant

Run away, do not ever use this company service.

Fresh Strata manage the apartment we live in, as well as 3 investment properties in the Northern Beaches. Our experience with Nathan Newmarch (GM) and Fresh Strata has been exemplary and stands above the experience now of some four strata agents. They are extremely competent, fully understand the Strata Law, excellent communicators, and answer queries in a short period of time.

Most important they handled a highly stressful 18-month period at SP79161 by since departed resident; Fresh Strata and the team came forward to ensure we were fully supported and advised us at every step of the way in a manner that was well beyond our expectations, for which we were extremely grateful.

We have no doubt that most Strata Mangers would have left during this period. As such we can recommend Fresh Strata highly enough to anyone looking for a small, personalised agency which prides itself on local knowledge and personal dealings with owners. Who in our view are a 5 Star operation in all respects.

Fresh Strata are professional, efficient and knowledgeable strata managers. In our problems in 2019 with two difficult owners in NCAT, Nathan Newmarch was a tower of strength, leading to a successful resolution for the Owners Corporation and vindication for the Strata Committee. Nathan is someone you want in your corner, in good times and bad.

I would rate Nathan Newmarch & Fresh Strata as one of the best in the industry.

Fresh Strata’s management of SP16376 began at a time when there was heightened dispute within the Scheme. Nathan was quick to set the scene that his role was to professionally manage the Scheme within the boundaries of the contract and applicable legislation. He has successfully achieved that.

Nathan chairs the meetings firmly but fairly, always treating owners with respect. He explains the motion and, because of his extensive experience in strata, can answer nearly every question posed. If he does not know the answer, (which is rare!), he will be honest and say so. Then he seeks out the answer, responding later as soon as possible.

Professional agendas are produced and distributed in line with legislative requirements. Minutes are accurate (with the odd minor exception, but we all make mistakes!) and readily available to all owners online via the portal. Owner’s funds are collected and accurately accounted for. As are invoices, which again, are available online for all owners to view.

Unfortunately, due to the serious dysfunction within the Scheme, partly due to its inability to agree on several repairs and maintenance projects, it was necessary for NCAT to order the Scheme into compulsory management. Fresh Strata offered to take on this task and NCAT approved their appointment for 12 months.

Under their compulsory management, Fresh Strata completed almost all the outstanding repairs and maintenance projects, A major project, managing over $350,000 of the Scheme’s money.

All large building projects have ups and downs, not everything goes to plan. Not everyone will be happy, whether that be owners, tenants, neighbours, trades. However, Nathan met all the challenges head on, with absolute professionalism, and the Scheme’s 1930s four-unit apartment block up is now up to 2020 building standards.

I highly recommend Nathan Newmarch & Fresh Strata.

Dealing with Sarah from Fresh Strata has been very easy and professional. Her response and attention to detail makes decision making about our unit block stress free. Could not recommend highly enough.

Our strata body uses Fresh Strata and Sarah in particular and all of us would have nothing but praise for their conduct of our affairs. I saw the most negative review from "Nick" and can only say our experience has been the exact opposite over a number of years. I have used other strata managers in different buildings and while I have no complaints about them I do consider Fresh Strata to be superior.

Nathan Newmarch of Fresh Strata took over the management of our building when the previous strata managers left us in disarray, whilst we were in the midst of dealing with a large insurance claim and compliance with council fire regulations. At all times calm and measured, he offered sound advice on how to proceed with various matters and, if he didn’t have the answer to hand, he would consult and come back to us with the required information. We have at all times found him to be a sympathetic and listening ear, interested in us as individuals and not just a Strata building. We feel he has a caring personal approach to strata management, and feel fortunate to have him looking after our affairs.

Great strata management company. All the staff are very friendly, professional and responsive. They genuinely care about helping their owners and the properties they manage and will go out of their way to help. Our strata scheme is extremely grateful to have had their guidance, knowledge and support through some very difficult issues our property. I highly recommend them.

I am an owner and resident with property involved with Fresh Strata. I found Sarah and Fresh Strata one of best Strata Managers and companies that I have dealt with. Very Professional, quickly responsive and able to deal with both difficult owners and tenants. It seems that another real estate agent is posting a bad review to get business his way

I am an owner and occupant of a unit that is managed by Fresh Strata Pty Ltd, and am very happy with the professionalism and integrity of this company and of Sarah Pieters with whom I have interacted by phone and email. They have kept me well informed of any developments, supplied comprehensive information on a regular basis, conducted meetings very well, and have always responded quickly to any inquiry. I'm very satisfied.

To start with we are current clients of Fresh Strata. We have been an owner in a small block of units for a number of years managed by this company. We have experienced nothing but problems. I won't name the strata manager but they are the most unhelpful, unprofessional and rudest person I have every had the displeasure of dealing with in what is supposedly a professional organisation. There is a clear lack of knowledge in respect to the strata legislation, no practical sense in responding to matters and the chairing of strata meetings is a circus. If an owner voices an opinion which is contrary to the agenda that is being actively pushed then they are very quickly shut down and prevented from speaking by the strata manager. However anyone that wishes to speak in favour of the agenda is allowed to ramble on for as long as they like. We experienced this time and time again. The strata manager plays to the audience and panders to their favourites without any regard to the requirements of the legislation. The agendas and minutes of meetings routinely contain numerous errors, emails never responded to, calls never returned but the lack of adherence to the law is most concerning and despite bringing it to their attention on numerous occasions, no acknowledgement and no action was ever taken to rectify.

There are many other fantastic strata management companies on the northern beaches which we have had experience with and they are far superior in every way.

I see from previous reviews that the owner threatens to take legal action if faced with a negative review. I think that says it all really.

I've had great dealings with Sarah Pieters. She is very efficient with responding to emails and keeping you updated with process. She is a great Strata Manager!
