During 2012/2013 I had my home built by Freedom Homes. From the first day I found my dealings with all the people a very satisfying experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and over the months of the build found them extremely professional and helpful. My whole experience of building a new house was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Being a single male and a first time home builder I needed help often. My house was delivered on time and on budget.

This was the first time we have had a house built and we chose Freedom because they were competitive in pricing, had experience in custom building, saw an example of what we wanted and assured us they could build the same house to the same spec and quality.

The Freedom team (Adrian and Co) was good to deal with and they know about making steel framed houses.
Allan was very helpful in making improvements and minor changes in the CAD stages.
We really appreciated the building specification document and Freedom’s flexibility with the interior fit out (i.e. Kitchen, flooring, etc.).

Your earthworking, concreting, framing, electrical, plastering, cladding and painting subcontractors were very good.
The house was built to budget and almost on time. Very good.

Very satisfied with our new home. Love the welded frames. With a background in the industry I was impressed with the attention to detail of each aspect of the house. The supervisor and the office were always contactable if I had any questions. The guys at freedom recommended we use the wider merbau boards for our alfresco decking (at no extra cost) and it looks fantastic. The back deck is one of my favourite spaces as a result.

Experience was very good, from design assistance right through to completion of build. Communication was good throughout, and they were always happy to make minor changes required and fix all problems promptly. Highly recommended.

Thanks to the team at Freedom Homes who have helped us to design, and build our dream home. Everything was explained clearly and we love the thought of having an individually designed home. The service has been polite and punctual from first contact to finished product. Even the after sales service has been fantastic. Being first home owners, we thought the process would be daunting but the team at Freedom guided us through and even took us on a selection day to various kitchen, tiles, bricks and appliance suppliers to pick everything for our house! We weren't just given a couple of standard ranges to pick from. We also loved the fixed price contract, with no hidden extras. We would build with Freedom Homes again in a heart beat.

Very poor attention to detail and after sales service is dissatisfactory. Big attitude shift in relationship before and after signing the contract, not a pleasant experience.
