I bought a coffee table 2 months ago. It took a month to be delivered. A drawer was damaged. The exchange took another month, and it's damaged again (worse than the 1st time). I'm taking the table to the store and leave it there for other customers to see what they actually sell.

The contractor idiots who were supposed to deliver our couch gave us terrible service.the manager at the shop went above and beyond to keep us happy.

Hopeless. We ordered a marble bar cart because we were told it was in stock at the warehouse and that we could pick it up in a week from the store. Fast forward four weeks, no contact from Freedom, we call them up, and they say it's available for pick up. We've cancelled the order, if anything out of frustration because they didn't contact us when the furniture arrived and was available for pick up. Will try to avoid shopping here in the future. Service needs to improve.

Purchased a bed and a couch on 26th Aug.after waiting for weeks finally they contact us saying the bed is being delivered in a couple of days on 5th Oct.but the couch is not in stock.not telling us when or if it's coming back in stock.
I call customer service on Thursday 5th to complain and find out when or if we're getting the couch.
They tell me due to a system error they have sold us a couch that wasn't actually available.she promised to find out more about the situation and next available date and call me back "the same day". I thought that sounded too good to be true and i was right.still waiting to hear from them.

I bought 7 items today (multiples of some totalling 12 pieces) - and was overcharged for THREE of them! For 2 of the items, the NZ price scanned, for the third, one, I was charged $2 more than even the NZ price - how can that even happen? Shocking 'new' computer system they have at this store - why should I have to check 12 individual items to ensure I haven't been overcharged? And why should I have to go all the way back to the store to get my refund? ! Not happy.

Mickeys took time to search for a small leg protector for my glass coffee table as one of mine had snapped. I was very grateful for him taking time to find a spare and put it aside for me to catch up. Great customer service, thank you Mickey. Rosanne

Looked everywhere for the lampshades I wanted, eventually found a very broad selection here and the prices were very reasonable. And, shock surprise, staff actually come up to you and ask if they can help! Excellent service, this will be my first stop in future.

What a fantastic experience, from Juliana the Interior Designer visiting our property to assist us in styling, to the Retail helpers at Freedom showing us a top level of customer service, then dealing with Micky in deliveries to ensure everything was delivered as smoothly as possible, our new apartment looks just amazing - Thank you all!
