Luckily I got my dining set delivered on time but the after sale service was horrible. Unfortunately I got one faulty chair needed to be replaced and went to the store, they don’t accept exchange or refund in store, only online warranty claim. I submitted claim for one week but still no response. There is no customer service number, I called the store number three times but no one answered and the last time I called it was picked up and hung up straight away. My issue hasn’t been resolved yet… very disappointing. I won’t shop with freedom with delivery service, shop in store with floor stock is fine

After the freedom staff ordered the wrong fabric for my sofa in September they had to replace the order in November (I realised when I was sent an email advising the order was delayed). I was told my sofa would arrive first week of Jan. I then received an email on 19th December stating it would arrive on the 13th January and I've now received an email saying it won't come until 23 February! The excuse for the 7 WEEK DELAY is port closures/strikes in October and November that lasted only a few days! They are obviously lying to customers about their lead times just to get the sale.

No customer service number, online request response is they can't do anything and to speak to the store manager but when I went into the store in November the store manager said they couldn't do anything. Freedom also keep deleting any of my comments on their instagram and Facebook pages.

I'm due to give birth in a week and now won't have a lounge for 5 weeks with a newborn. The worst customer service ever!

After sharing our experience with friends who have purchased with freedom they have all had similar experiences. I Will be reporting this to the ACCC and fair trading.

Love shopping at Freedom Moore Park, the staff are friendly and help, I love feel and design of the place, gives you great ideas to build enjoyable spaces at home. A big shout out to Vicki, she had amazing ideas and helped me out a lot with bringing joy into my living room. Thank you Vicki.

I was served by Debi and ordered a Carnaby Sofa. It's arrived and we are very happy with our choice. Thank you to Debi and her floor manager for all your assistance as we did change colour shortly after we placed the order too.

Be really careful buying anything from Freedom, i purchased a $2000 tv cabinet in January and still cannot get it replaced, customer service just closed the ticket and told me to make a warranty claim- can’t get hold of anyone now, it has been 4 months, worst customer service I have ever had to deal with

DON’T BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE! I wish I read all these 1 star reviews before purchasing our dining table. The grain of the wood is marked on the table top which arrived in that condition and it’s been 7 weeks of chasing this up with both Moore park and the freedom help centre and I still have no resolution.

Staff was so rude!

We went for their 30% off sale for my kitchen renovation design.after went through all processed, they told us its need to take 10-12 weeks to completed, event if they noted this is a urgent case but still no guarantee. Unfortunately, we didn't go ahead with this project. Straight away, this sales lady said if i can tell her timing is my most concern issue then she won't go through whole process with me today? This sounds like I am waste your time to making more money to me!

And, she wants me to make a decision in 2 mins as my appointment time was 1-3pm then next group people were here already. I was here on time for my appointment then you asked me to wait for 10mins as previous customers hasn't finished yet.
My nearly $30K products you want me to make a decision in 2 mins that's not good enough at all!

I told my friends all about this, then he told me his kitchen was from them too and cost him about $60k but everything were delay and all cabinets cover were peeled off then they need to took away and re-install again.

Seriously, this company is a joke if you look at other people's reviews then you will know why.

I will never go back to you again and won't recommend anyone to purchase anything from you as well.

Now I know why it has a such low score on its reviews. Push selling without much knowledge, inpatient. I ain’t spending single penny in that shop.luckily I didnt purchase any in the end

Had an amazing experience last weekend with the team at Moore Park Freedom. I can’t thank Vicki enough for her help with a challenging outdoor project. Her warmth, care and great advice made my day. Big shout out to Neil and Jamie as well. I will be back. You’ve gained a loyal new customer.

I had really great customer service and help from staff, especially Frank when buying my couch and checking delivery would work etc. He went the extra mile. Love my new couch!

No one on the floor to help so I picked up the desk phone and called the manager to the floor. Manager Nathan of Moore park is extremely rude and unless pushed is very unhelpful. I don’t think he likes his job. Ask him a few questions and he doesn’t know the answer to anything other than a way to deflect to contact freedom customer service via email. Where has the service in Australia gone! They are lazy and no initiative for proactively assisting!

Ordered a rug from these guys 2 months ago and was told it would be a 2-4 week wait at most, called them twice since and they said they had a hold up with the suppliers due to covid both times and it would take another 2 weeks (each time i called) Was also left on hold for over 20 minutes each time and did not seem to be apologetic of delays. Extremely frustrating and makes sense that everyone is rating them so poorly.

Update- called them 15 weeks later to try and get a refund and the manager was probably the rudest person i have ever spoken to. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

Spoke on the phone trying to get a refund with my housemate for a rug that still hasnt come after several months - the manager was being unprofessional, unhelpful and very RUDE. We were just trying to get help regarding the refund and he hung up on us without helping us at all.

Very good customer service, a lounge part that was ordered and delivered, had the wrong specifications. They took care of it straight away, completely without annoying paperwork and very fast.
The quality of the furniture is adequate considering the price. They often have very nice designs and great specials.

I ordered and waited 3 months for a couch, when I received the couch the recliner motor broke 2 months later. It’s now been 6 months and still not repaired and no solution other than wait around for a part offered.

Misleading customers with early delivery days and when trick you to buy, delaying the orders to when it’s preferred by them.
I bought an armchair a while ago and I decided to go with Freedom limited colour design options and higher price in exchange of receiving it earlier than other retailers. At the time of purchase, they said they have it available but 2 weeks after the order, they started emailing, delaying shipping more than 6weeks. This was equivalent of other retailers delivery days which I could have originally ordered and pay less.
Using pandemic as a reason to mislead the customers is not acceptable. By this time, almost 3 years in to pandemic, a company as large as freedom should have an appropriate delay calculated before promising customers a date of delivery they can not meet.
Unfortunately, for me, I’m now in the position that I can’t cancel my order anymore as then I have to wait for another retailer and nor I received a delivery day as when I receive my order. Be careful if time is important to you

My order is meant to be delivered today.however when I called ur delivery partner I was told the Moore park store misplaced the delivery order resulting another unsuccessful delivery, I called the store trying to rectify the issue on three occasions, was on hold for total of 2 hours. Still no response from the store at all. Will not purchase ever again from Freedom

The staff here are deceitful and as a result of their lies the product we were assured NEVER went on sale and we should have bought then and there was suddenly on sale within 3 weeks.

The store manager is arrogant and devoid human compassion and vehemently insisted that they had no responsibility nor that he really cared…
