Have been to the CBD salon yesterday for hair colouring (I am using the chocolate blush toning which is really nice blend of colours) as well as haircut. Bella did a superb haircut as well as also showed me how to style my haircut at home - very thoughtful!
Definitely recommend and shall definitely be back in 3 months!

Edit: updating my 4 years old review. Long time customer, I've never been loyal to a salon before stepping through the doors of Franck Provost CBD. Over 6 years, Alizé, Aimee and Melissa have looked after my hair and done their magic to get me from brunette to blonde (and reverse) a few times seamlessly. The quality remains constant and there's no surprise (or at least only good ones). Service is always impeccable and exceeding my expectations.

Was greeted by Melissa when I came in tonight. Upon entry I was welcomed and brought to my seat for a consultation and quote. Melissa was very understanding with what I needed to be done with my hair and explained the differences between the colouring style I wanted and what was more recommended. I touched up my greys in my hair and also got a treatment which made my hair so soft and a trim as well which was met upon expectations as she cut off exactly how much I wanted! I highly recommend her if anyone is coming to this salon. Also, another bonus is the tea, coffee or wine they provide during your service along with some lollies and snacks! They also use Kerastase products which is highly recommended to purchase. Booked in my next session again in 6 weeks time! Thank you for an amazing first time!

Melissa at the Sydney CBD salon has been doing my hair for a few years now and she always makes me feel a million dollars when I leave. Even though I've had a full head of blonde highlights for over 10 years my hair is the longest and in the best condition it's ever been in thanks to Melissa. The service is lovely but the haircut I got here was quite disappointing. I wanted a pixie cut but got something with a long fringe that was quite ugly. I immediately went to get it fixed at a different salon afterwards.
