Melissa provided me with a fantastic haircut. I've naturally curly hair and preferred a wet cut. She managed to achieve my desired length with wet curls and blow-dried my hair to ensure it was all even. Definitely recommend her!

I used to go to the top Salon in Sydney but was tired of their average service and poor quality and care to my hair so I called these guys and Annabelle is just so wonderful, and you are in and out with colour to last. They do such a great job and will recommend to anyone!

My mom had an appointment on a Saturday morning that she drove all the way from Wagga Wagga to get to (5 hour drive), and asked for white/platinum foils but barely got half her head done (and she’s got very short hair).

The results are a sort of hairband look, with no foils on a good section of the back. And the highlights are very dark even after asking for white highlights (most of it as you can see is regrowth anyway).

She paid $362.09 for this (appointment only took 1.5 hours with a quick cut). This is a ridiculous amount charged when you look at the little product that was used and how badly it was done which does not seem to be in line with the Franck Provost standards. I wasn’t there to be able to speak up for her but I feel as though my mother, as a senior, has been taken advantage of.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Leo did a fantastic job. I asked for a layer cut with bangs in such a way that portrays my face slimmer. He understood the assignment and delivered a beautiful end result. Couldn't have been better. Thanks again Leo. Price was not very extravagant. Worth the time and styling.

I’ve been having my hair done by Trisha for a couple of years now and I always leave my appointments so happy. She has made my hair healthy again and the colour is always perfectly blended, bright and very natural looking. I also love chatting to her! I would recommend Trisha and Franck Provost to anyone:)

The whole experience was awful. I was running 5 minutes late and had the courtesy to call.only to be scolded by a very unfriendly person.
I discussed in details how my greys hair is very resistant and needed extra attention. No saturation, no foil or heat applied, nothing. After a rough shampoo (who uses their nails on the scalp after colour?) The results was a disaster, with my grey still showing through the colour applied on the root (see photos taken on the day). I raised it and was told that’s the best they can do, that’d be $250, thanks!
I used to go the Bondi salon and never experience such a dreadful result.

Second time I booked a keratin treatment with Maya and it’s always great. Really professional, knows what she does, listening to my asks and nice person to talk to. I do recommend!
