Four Seasons Garden Centre - Belrose

Well selected plants and flowers with best customer service.

Bought 12 Jade plants from 4 Seasons.
10 have died and 2 are a different variety to the other 10.
Called and emailed 4 Seasons. No response to initial email and calls, but I persisted. Eventually one of the managers said all they could do is replace the 2 different variety plants. They didn't do it, and haven't heard from them since, so follow up is non-existent. I have given up and I won't be buying more plants from 4 Seasons

What a great nursery, advice was spot on service better than the local competition hands down. Thanks guys we will definitely travel to come back again.

Excellent quality plants and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We purchased 4 indoor plants - the prices were very competitive

Buyer beware - do not get delivery from Four Seasons Garden Centre for large items as they only have one delivery person who isn't helpful at all. We bought a water fountain that weighed over 120 kg and paid extra for delivery and I had to move the fountain with him to help, hurting my back. To make matters worse when I called back to ask for someone to assemble (would have paid extra) I was told yes and someone would call me which never happened, then when I call back to check I got yelled and and finally a manager calls me back to say, "sorry were to busy for a month here's a number for a contractor". Its a simple installation for two people and any other delivery company would have done it. Shame on you Four Season for terrible customer service and worst delivery service in the beaches.

Went to grab a Christmas tree today - was served by the most lovely and friendly guy. Staff are so lovely and professional, and want you to get the best product for your money. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Rude, unhelpful and officious staff. Poor plant quality - bought lilli pillis that we found to be badly pot bound and died when we replanted them. Avoid.

I purchase firewood from Four Seasons, I ring to confirm it's available, drive down, pay and get loaded. No worries, thanks Rob.

I can understand the good reviews - but don't attempt to return a dud plant. They won't replace and will give you a lecture. There are better nurseries around these parts. Stay away.

I was helped out by a lovely staff member today who took the time with me to source plants that would work with my environment.

She didn't try to rush me and offered alternatives if I didn't like a certain plant. I liked that I was approached and she didn't force me to buy anything I didn't want.

All of the staff working were kind, efficient and tried to help every customer.

Great selection of plants and pots and more importantly knowledgeable staff. The gift wrapping team also did an admirable job.
