After sending me incorrect sizes they also shortchanged me on return cost…

Dishonest business my advice do business elsewhere don’t say I didn’t warn you.

With an extensive range of healthy plants, including rare and hard-to-find plants, the nursery looks really beautiful at this time of year. Excellent customer service, multiple people asked me if I needed help during my visit, and staff were cheerful and helpful. Like all nurseries, this centre has some peaks and troughs in terms of quality and health of the plants across the year (which is to be expected, given that plants are living things affected by seasons and weather conditions), but at its best, this is a great nursery in the northern beaches. Also has an excellent range of pots and planters, paving stuff etc.

It was a delight to go into Four Seasons Garden Centre today and within the first 10 minutes I had 3 staff ask if I needed assistance. The young man who helped me with my pot purchase couldn't have been more helpful. Extremely courteous and went above and beyond with his customer service. I have never had this level of service in other nurseries on the northern beaches. The display of plants and pots is impressive and the plants look extremely healthy and prices are competitive. I will definitely be returning.

Shop here at the Belrose store a lot for bulk landscaping supplies, and usually they are lovely, but the lady who answered the phone today (Sunday 5th March) was rude and condescending while explaining the minimum order amounts. Didn't end up ordering and don't want to risk dealing with this person again. My husband overheard as the woman was on speaker and also refuses to deal with them again so we will be going elsewhere from now on. Shame as I usually like to support local business.

Lindsey whom delivered the item (order number 100005304) was VERY professional and helpful today. I didn't read the delivery instruction carefully but he was very patient and help me with my order. A big thanks to him.

Well stocked nursery with a great range of healthy plants and very helpful staff. Prices are competitive with larger nurseries.

I have been after a Juniperus Spartan Chinensis to replace one that I ringbarked with a whipper snipper. I found a 300ml sized one doing an online search at this site. I thought the price was good value for a 1.4m plant so I bought one. I thought the delivery charge was incredibly cheap considering I live in the Sutherland Shire. Some nurseries charge an arm and a leg for freight. I did think the time taken from my order to delivery was longer than I had envisaged however given my location they probably want to get a few orders together to deliver down this way and hence the time taken. I found their communication was outstanding. Very timely and they answered my query and concern. The plant was outstanding. Very healthy and 1.4m tall (excluding the pot). A very happy gardener.

This nursery is extremely well organised and beautiful to walk around. The staff were friendly however coming from the Northwest of Sydney and usually shopping at nurseries local to us, it was evident that the pricing was certainly a little higher. Very expensive, therefore nothing purchased.

I have been a member and a regular customer of this nursery for years. The quality of the plants are excellent and there prices are reasonable.

I do like shopping here, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a wide range of plants to choose from, so your spoilt for choice.

I recently tried there Searles premuim potting mix and it was excellent quality, I was really impressed with it.

Dealt with one incredibly rude staff member. Truly unhelpful despite providing him with great details (had clippings as well as photos). I wish this was a singular event however have been greeted with a similar response previously where I did not have any such details and was told to 'bring a clipping' or a photograph. Not really sure what more these people need in order to help you.

Just called to check on my order, which was supposed to arrive 8 days ago according to my email notification. I was told "we shipped it already, got out of our hands. I will arrive whenever it will".
So unhelpful.good luck with more extremely patient customers!

In response to below, thank you for the apology. However, I didn't select a third party delivery. It was by default arranged on your website because I am located in WA and your business is situated in NSW, and I paid $17 for it. I finally got the delivery today after 16 days (ordered on 21 Sept, arrived 7th Oct), and of course all withered and dry to death and delivered upside down. I will do what I can to revive them but I will just think of it as a life lesson if found no use at all. You can't blame your delivery provider for it because I dealt with you. I bought the products from you, not the logistic company. It is your responsibility until the goods arrive safe and sound to customers.you can improve your business process by arranging a better logistics partner because it is the customers after all that pay for the delivery, not you. Having a decent logistics partner on the side is the least you could do for your business.

A great local garden centre. Support them over the 'big guys' IMO, the service is great and competitive pricing.

Had an upsetting trip to this nursery today. I’m a member and it’s my closest nursery. After masking up, checking in and reading the many printed signs regarding covid rules, I was only in the nursery for one minute (I’d made it as far as the Lavender 20 meters past the front gate) before a shout came loudly from behind me and anyone around could well hear that my instruction was I had to keep my 2 small children close by during my visit (they were close and also being quiet and well behaved as I had lectured them well on keeping away from others) I also got told very loudly to keep my visit to a 15 minute max. Yes I read that also on the multiple signs pasted at the entrance and was well aware. All this just as I had answered my phone for an important call. If the woman that was instructing me in such a rude manner wondered why I didn’t respond much to her unwelcome blast from behind my head, it was because I was in the middle of a sentence with someone else. Making her behavior even more inappropriate. Apparently taking a brief call whilst standing outdoors in a sparsely occupied setting is also a no no.
Honestly none of this would have bothered me if it had just been said in a polite and shop friendly manner, and if possible, after I finished my sentence on the phone. Please understand that I can’t leave my kids in the car alone. I can’t leave them at home alone. I can’t get anyone to mind them due to lockdown. They cannot go to school either. I do believe they are allowed to exist though. I have to ‘look’ at plants before I buy them. This does not mean I am browsing with no intention of purchase. I have a whole front and back garden to landscape and plant. I already waited until after the weekend to come to your nursery as I felt the staff may be feeling overwhelmed from crowds.
I had to leave the nursery after this moment, felt totally discriminated against to be honest. No one else was being shouted at. I couldn’t think about plants. I went straight up the road and purchased my plants from Flower Power who had some great bulk buy deals as it turned out. You are either open and doing business to the public or you are closed. Don’t make me feel like I shouldn’t be there. Other people were wandering around without this judgement being thrown at them. I guess it was their lack of children. I have never written a review before. Sorry to say I felt this visit deserved one. We’ve all been educated about not abusing staff due to your covid frustrations, how about not throwing quick judgements and abusing customers as well?

I attended this nursery today. I wore a mask, checked in and headed straight to the plant I intended to purchase. I was in the store for under 60 seconds before a young lady shouted “Excuse me” in a very loud voice and proceeded to state, and I quote, “You can’t hang out here. If you want to hang out, go to the beach”. This was extremely confronting as I had only been in the store for under a minute and it was said so loudly that other customers all turned their head. I have been vaccinated and have no issue with complying with health orders, however screaming at customers and treating them like criminals when they have done nothing wrong is just rude and poor customer service. Obviously, I left the establishment immediately. The lady clearly had a chip on her shoulder and displayed no common courtesy. I would suggest that management have a chat with staff about the importance of tact and respect. This applies when having discussions about COVID safe practices.

Great selection of all gardening requirements with friendly helpful staff at reasonable prices.

The service is excellent, Matt was so quick in his responses and the gents that delivered were careful, quick and efficient. The pots I purchased are beautiful and the palms they picked for me are super healthy and green. Highly recommended.

Once again four seasons at Belrose have saved the day! In short notice I had 2 truckloads of plants, planter mix and crushed road base delivered to my house ready for a busy couple of weekends.all are quality products at an honest price. Thanks guys.

The BEST garden centre on the Northern Beaches. The range of plants and pots is incredible and the staff, Richie, Matt, Ryan are all super helpful and listen to your needs. We love visiting this place, it's a little oasis. All the plants we buy from there are robust and thrive - it's clear they are well looked after at the centre. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff make this our go to for our garden needs.
